This is the best B&B I have ever stayed in. Everything is there and then there is the added attention to detail and the warm friendly support. It is really quiet, had a wonderful sleep on comfy bed and a great breakfast in the morning. I have already recommended it to friends and be very happy to come back.

but this B & B was exceptional. Very clean, very comfortable and probably the best breakfast we've ever had. Right next door to the Lost Gardens of Heligan and not too far from Eden. Highly recommended.

Been coming here for years and years - absolutely the best B&B in Cornwall. Lovely cream tea on arrival in lovely peaceful garden belonging to the farm, then upto our room. Spacious room, absolutely spotless, lovely views, with modern clean ensuite and there is everything you could possibly wish for - mini-fridge with fresh milk, tea/coffee tray with biscuits (and... We stayed here over a family wedding weekend. We could not have had a better welcome from Kathy - a delicious cream tea in her lovely garden after a long and hot drive set the tone for our stay. Acommodation surpassed expectations, wonderful breakfasts with food from their farm and bread freshly baked each day by Kathy. Nothing was too... More

My other half surprised me for my big birthday with a mini break to this beautiful b & b! Everything was beyond excellent. Kathy really goes the extra mile to make one's stay special - lovely little finishing touches to the comfortable and well appointed room and superb local food. It really was a birthday to remember always. Thank you.... More

We stayed at Corran Farm for six nights and can thoroughly recommend this exceptional B&B. On arrival we received a warm welcome and enjoyed a cream tea. Our room was well appointed with a spacious and spotless en suite. Fresh flowers in the room, the provision of a small fridge, a thermos flask, wine glasses together with a well stocked... More
