Perfect countryside, views, breakfast, welcome, hygiene and cleanliness with everything you could think of catered for, and it if its not there Kathy can do her utmost to guide you, get it for you or answer anything she can. We have been here so many times we have lost count and can't wait for us all to take over the... More

My other half surprised me for my big birthday with a mini break to this beautiful b & b! Everything was beyond excellent. Kathy really goes the extra mile to make one's stay special - lovely little finishing touches to the comfortable and well appointed room and superb local food. It really was a birthday to remember always. Thank you.... More

We stayed at Corran Farm for six nights and can thoroughly recommend this exceptional B&B. On arrival we received a warm welcome and enjoyed a cream tea. Our room was well appointed with a spacious and spotless en suite. Fresh flowers in the room, the provision of a small fridge, a thermos flask, wine glasses together with a well stocked... More

An excellent place to stay, clean and comfortable, helpful owners, en suite rooms, marvellous views and excellent food at breakfast (cream tea on arrival, what else is there to say. We have just spent three nights at Corran Farm whilst visiting family in nearby Mevagissey. Our room was lovely with good views across the the farm. Our host Kathy has thought of everything in the rooms right down to providing a bottle opener & glasses so you can enjoy a glass of wine in the beautiful gardens (weather permitting!) &... More

My wife and I were lucky enough to have spent a week with Kathy at Corran Farm at the beginning of September. The place is invitingly homely, the breakfasts exemplary, the rooms spotlessly clean and well decorated and all of this at extremely competitive rates. We will definitely return and would advise anyone looking for a fantastic place to rest... More

Hubby and I stayed here for just one night during our whistle-stop visit to our home land in June, and would have loved to have stayed longer! After a couple of days of typical dreary Cornwall weather, we were lucky that the sun came out in time for us to enjoy our welcome afternoon cream tea in the farmhouse garden.... More

We stayed for two nights at the Corran Farm B and B and can not find anything negative to say about it. Kathy has thought of everything! The rooms were warm, clean and welcoming. The views were fantastic. The breakfast was wonderful. Perfect location for Lost Gardens of Heligan which is literally next door. Definitely reccommended.

We went for a friends' wedding and though it may have been a long drive but the wonderful memories will stay with us for a long long time, it couldn't be improved in any way.

We were looking to stay in Cornwall near Heligan Gardens and were delighted to find Corran Farm B and B. Cathy is a very thoughtful and friendly hostess and provides very well appointed and comfortable rooms in the farmhouse with beautiful views across the farm and beyond.
