Had fantastic two nights in this B&B. We were really made feel welcome. The breakfast was without doubt the best we have had during our holiday. We also got a lot of good tips concerning restaurants and places to visit, without which we would have missed a lot. If you are in the area, this is a place to stay!

We stayed for two nights at Alexandra Heights, as a family of 4 adults (including grandparents) and 2 kids (including a toddler). It was a hit from the word go and the credit goes entirely to Patsy and Paul and their kids, for looking after us, helping us out with each and every query and request (including washing of milk... Very clean, comfortable guest house. Good breakfast to start the day . Patsy the owner, was a lovely, cheerful person, full of useful information for visiting local attractions and where to go for meals. .

My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights and had a wonderful time. Patsy and Paul were excellent hosts - very friendly and helpful. The breakfast very superb. Not only was there a huge choice but everything was cooked wonderfully and presented well. The B&B was very clean and comfortable and very good value for money. Good location for... More

We had a most enjoyable stay at Alexandra Heights B&B in St Austell in Cornwall. The family was extremely courteous and most helpful in providing answers to our questions. The room was immaculate and the bed was most comfortable. The breakfasts were sumptuous and plentiful. The pancakes made from a special recipe were to die for. Patsy and Paul were... More

I came with my Mum for a 2 night stay and Patsy was very warm and inviting from the moment we stepped through the door to our departure. It has been many years since I last stayed in a B&B. The accommodation was excellent, clean, fresh and homely. There was a great choice of cereals, fruit, yoghurt and cooked breakfast... More

What more can I say. This is a lovely B&B situated close to the town, Charlestown, the station and St Austell Brewery! Excellent rooms, excellent breakfast and excellent hosts. Patsy and Paul made our stay highly enjoyable.

Staying in St. Austell for a bike riding holiday. Greeted by Patsy, we were welcomed in with a tour and a chat, and made to feel at home and comfortable. They accommodated our bikes in the actual hotel, which was not expected and much appreciated. Breakfast was very nice and there was a lot of variety on offer. Couldn't recommend... More

I stayed here with my mum for three nights for my sister's wedding. Location was spot on - close to station and town centre. (The road was quiet though!) Rooms clean and bright. Bathrooms spacious and spotless. I loved the little touch of guest robes too. Breakfast was excellent - wide variety of choice from a lush fresh fruit salad... More
