This is a lovely B&B in a quiet spot, just outside St Austell, off a quiet country lane on the approach to the Eden Project. The bedroom and bathroom were spotless and spacious, with a great view of the coast. Although St Austell is a mile or two from the coast, this is a great base for visiting local attractions... More

We had just two days in St. Austell and after leaving Edenview wished it could have been more. Although we didn't have top weather you could get an idea of the wonderful views from our room.
