It's a proper pub with cracking beer ( the tribute was awesome) The food was what we wanted ( pub food not pretending to be anything other than pub food ) and the guy behind the bar had got a personality which is quite rare these days . We will go back when we're... More

Spent a week in Seat on in early August and were so pleased this was our nearest pub. The food was excellent and a cut above normal pub food and at very reasonable prices. We ate here 3 times during our stay. The tribute ale was lovely and they didn't rob you on the price of a large glass of... More

Just back from a week's holiday, staying in Seaton. We visited the Smugglers Inn twice for food and on both occasions the food was excellent; fresh ingredients and well cooked. The place is very family friendly and we found all the staff to be extremely helpful. Our two oldest grandchildren were particularly impressed with the toys available to play with... More

We had breakfast one morning after taking our dog for a walk. He was allowed in the little bar area which was lovely and relaxing. The breakfast was good value and plenty enjoyed the freshly brewed coffee to. The staff were very friendly and I would definately visit again.

The food was very tasty and well portioned. The only negative I have about the place is the blonde lady behind the bar. She wasn't the most friendliest we had met. Everyone else seemed pleasant. Despite the unfriendly blonde behind the bar, we will definitely be back.

As a real ale man I can only comment on the beer and it was an excellent pint, A tribute to Tribute. As a visitor we were made to feel very welcome we did not get chance to sample the food menu but look forward to returning.
