We visited this restaurant whilst staying in St mawes, what a beautiful place it's right on the front with panoramic views of the sea. We had sea food platters, steak etc, even had a games room for the children with Xbox. Would recommend had lovely food

Very friendly visit from the moment we walked through the door. The restaurant is light, airy and modern and the food was very good, I had smoked salmon with apple and fennel salad, topped with pea shoots and nasturtium leaves, very pretty and a nice light starter. To follow roast beef, roast potatoes, Yorkshire pudding and a lovely selection of... More

Lovely friendly welcome which was much appreciated. Drinks on the terrace with stunning views over the beach and sea. (The weather was outstanding too) We were offered beautiful flowers to take away with us - there had been a wedding the previous day and so the spare flowers were offered to us. The lunch was fantastic, the starters were just... More

We loved Rosevine - so flexible and relaxing - just the place for a family break with the children. This hotel cum self catering apartment is delightful. We had an apartment which looked out on to the beautiful garden and the ble skies and seas fringed with palm trees made us imagine we might be in the Caribbean! And then... More

We visited recently and used the restaurant facilities. The meal was delightful, the location was lovely, the service was polite, friendly and efficient. I recommend that you book in advance to ensure a table. The food quality was excellent, not exactly cheap, but not unreasonable for the quality and environment.

My family and I have just spent a short break at The Rosevine. It was absolutely wonderful. We travelled with my parents and 2 young children and all of us were superbly accommodated. We stayed in the ground floor apartments and the accommodation is lovely, spacious and stylish, with the most comfortable bed I think I have ever slept in.... More

We stayed here with our two children and my parents, and we had a really lovely time. The location is excellent - a 5 minute walk down the hill to the fabulous sandy beach, with direct access to pretty sea view gardens from the French windows of our adjacent apartments. The nearby village of Portscatho has a few good shops... More

A lovely location, only a 100 yds from beach. Good gardens where we played table tennis and boules before a swim in teh indoor pool followed by a delicious lunch. Service was excellent as was the food and very reasonably priced. Probably come bck to stay next time.

Had an overnight stay on the Roseland at a nearby caravanning and camping site and decided to end the weekend with Sunday lunch out. Although we live locally we have never visited the Rosevine - shame on us. Having lunch meant that we could indulge in a pre lunch swim in their pool. Although there were alot of little children...
