Lovely place with a good view out to the sea. Dinner here last night was extremely good. Well cooked quality fish and vegetables. Service very friendly and efficient. Hotel seams to be geared to families but with a big emphasis on good food. .

After spending a beautiful day on the beach below we decided to take a look at this Hotel with a view to a stay in the future. We decided to try afternoon tea. After taking our order we were quickly informed that the guests before us had ordered the last scones. We were offered banana cake instead. Having already sat... More

I am sorry that we ran out of scones that day, but I do hope you will give us another chance. Do contact me personally so I may book an afternoon tea for you in the garden this summer or by the fire in the Autumn Best wishes Tim More

The location and surroundings are spectacular, from the local beach with The Hidden Hut beach restaurant and cliff-top walks to the grounds of the hotel with its tropical outlook and ocean views through the palm trees. On arrival at The Rosevine we received the warmest greeting and drinks following a long car journey with three children. The room was ready... More

We visited this restaurant whilst staying in St mawes, what a beautiful place it's right on the front with panoramic views of the sea. We had sea food platters, steak etc, even had a games room for the children with Xbox. Would recommend had lovely food

Very friendly visit from the moment we walked through the door. The restaurant is light, airy and modern and the food was very good, I had smoked salmon with apple and fennel salad, topped with pea shoots and nasturtium leaves, very pretty and a nice light starter. To follow roast beef, roast potatoes, Yorkshire pudding and a lovely selection of... More

Lovely friendly welcome which was much appreciated. Drinks on the terrace with stunning views over the beach and sea. (The weather was outstanding too) We were offered beautiful flowers to take away with us - there had been a wedding the previous day and so the spare flowers were offered to us. The lunch was fantastic, the starters were just... More

We loved Rosevine - so flexible and relaxing - just the place for a family break with the children. This hotel cum self catering apartment is delightful. We had an apartment which looked out on to the beautiful garden and the ble skies and seas fringed with palm trees made us imagine we might be in the Caribbean! And then... More

We visited recently and used the restaurant facilities. The meal was delightful, the location was lovely, the service was polite, friendly and efficient. I recommend that you book in advance to ensure a table. The food quality was excellent, not exactly cheap, but not unreasonable for the quality and environment.
