Came here for my boyfriends birthday. I opted for the non estuary room and was pleasantly surprised. It was beautifully big comfy bed, clean bathroom and kitted out really well. The hotel was decorated beautiful all finished to the finest quality. Receptionist very professional and really helpful. We also dinned in Outlaws. Staff there were amazing! Trained really well. My partner surprised me with a birthday treat, one night at the hotel and dinner in outlaws, the fine dining was fully booked sadly, however being a chef myself I was very impressed with the excellent use of the produce, some people say it is pricey and for some the cost may be a bit steep, however it is very... A modern seaside hotel in every way, from its perfect location to its decor. Bright and airy and a slickly managed hotel, with the highest standards of cleanliness and maintenance. We had a great stay and could not fault, but be aware the bedroom was more high end B&B than luxury hotel. Small but well maintained bathroom, but with only... More

We visited the St Enodoc Hotel in June 2014 for a two night stay. Our overall view was that the hotel did what it was required to do and was happy with that, sadly though it lacked any individuality, warmth or style that we have experience in other hotels of the same price and rating. We felt that the hotel... More

This wonderful hotel on the Camel Estuary in Cornwall, for us, is a wonderful bolt hole away from all the trials and tribulations of life. Always welcoming, amazing staff, wonderful rooms, great views and scenery and to cap it all Nathan Outlaws amazing restaurants. The hotel offers peace and tranquillity, a small swimming pool, a great Billiard Room, comfortable lounge... More

St Enodoc hotel describes itself as a boutique hotel. I've never knowingly stayed in a boutique hotel before and I was curious about the term which I have heard frequently but not fully understood. According to wiki, it is a hotel which has between 10 and 100 rooms and often contains luxury facilities in unique or intimate settings. So it's... More

We have stayed at the St Enodoc on four occasions now, three times in a suite and once in a double room. It is a stylish yet relaxed environment and travelling with young children is stress free. The staff are friendly and approachable. Breakfast is a highlight. Crisp linen on the beds and coastal decor; the art work makes the... More

This is the second time We've stayed at the St. Enodoc Hotel and my expectations were excelled again. It has to be the cleanest hotel I've ever seen, talking to the staff I understand they close for a period each year to re-decorate. While we were checking out there was a young staff member cleaning & polishing the stair noses,... More

My first visit to beautiful Cornwall. This hotel was booked by my husband as he had visited it 25 years ago. Since then it has gone under a boutique make over. We loved it from the minute we arrived. Friendly staff, comfortable communal space, a clean & spacious room with stunning views over the Camel Estuary. We came here to... More

We stayed three nights. Rooms are comfortable and well apointed. Friendly reception service. We ate at both Outlaw and Restaurant Nathan Outlaw and food and service were both excellent. Good location to for North Cornwall. Not cheap but we consider this hotel and its restaurants to be good value for money.

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
A classic seaside hotel re-invented. That's the ethos behind St. Enodoc Hotel in Rock with its emphasis on comfort, design and great food.Positioned above the Camel estuary with sweeping views across the water, it is the perfect place to relax by the sea. Leave the car and walk the few minutes to surrounding sandy beaches and the foot-ferry to Padstow. Award - winning chef Nathan Outlaw is in charge of food. There are two restaurants, the Nathan Outlaw Seafood and Grill and Restaurant Nathan Outlaw, awarded 2 Michelin Stars in January 2011 and currently named as Best Seafood Restaurant in the UK, by Good Food Guide. ... more   less
