A smart hotel with comfortable rooms and very helpful staff, particularly on reception. A great location and some lovely little touches. My only quibble was that the breakfast pastries turned out to be cake - I don't do cake at breakfast!

We have just spent one night in a family suite. The room layout was great, walking into a hallway with a bedroom off both sides, assuring my husband and I some privacy. The beds are wonderfully comfortable with soft sheets, a bed you want to stay in. The room is very nice, not the most stylish I have stayed in,... More

Great place to stay, comfy beds, very friendly staff. Good views across to Padstow, 10 minute walk down to the ferry to Padstow or to walks along the beach. Cleaning staff very efficient, they managed to service the room whilst we were at breakfast. Breakfast was superb, the full Cornish had fantastic sausages.

Spending two nights at the St Enodoc Hotel, was a beautiful, restful and indulgent experience. We were welcomed by a very pleasant, helpful and bright receptionist, who showed us to our room. We had been upgraded to a suite with tremendous views over the estuary. The main bedroom had everything you could want, the bed was of a very high quality... More

The rooms are well equipped and very comfortable - we had a superior room with estuary view (something of a waste on a foul first day but much better thereafter), which had a nice seating area and plenty of storage space. Plenty of wardrobe space and hangers - something of a rarity these days! Good power shower over the bath... More

I stayed here to take diner at the seafood restaurant which is one of the best among the U.K. Service and the atmosphere of the hotel were the best and I could be able to spend time slowly. The bed was big enough to take a good sleep and the room was of cleanliness and comfortable. The view of the... More

Fantasic view from our bedroom which was a complimentary upgrade in this funky modern interior - lots of lime green which the old fashioned exterior did not do justice. It was a freezing March weekend yet the welcome we received was very warm. We went for the food (Nathan Outlaw) which was to die for but the service outclassed even... More

We have just stayed for one night at this hotel, such a contrast to the night before in St Ives, the staff here have ALL obviously been trained incredible well. They are polite, friendly and very helpful. The atmosphere is warm and friendly and very comfortable. There is a lovely log burner in the lounge and books and magazines to... More

Stayed here in February. First time we have stayed in Rock, however, we have stayed in many places around the South West over the years. First of all, the restaurants are superb - yes they are expensive, but thats the deal with fine dining. My main feeling was that the rest of the experience was a bit over priced -... More

Our second stay here - rooms and service excellent (esp receptionist who assisted with wet weather options for things to do) as last time but the food & wine made me wonder if someone on the staff has a sweet tooth ? We asked if the Camel Valley Bacchus wine was dry and were assured it was - the moment... More
