Bring your slippers as soon as you arrive you are asked to take your shoes off. Penny keeps her home spotless with en suite WiFi and TV with DVD. Highly recommended. I stayed 4 nights a week until February. Close to all points of interest in Cornwall.

Spent another wonderful 3 nights at Loscombe House. Couldnt have been more pleased, again a warm welcome, homely rooms and that AMAZING breakfast. Ideal location as central and close to all the attractions we wanted to visit with our family :) I will be recommending you to all our friends and family. Cant say thank you enough... we will be... I have come here 4 times, and in every visit we were treated like friends. Although we are told to take our shoes off at the door, this is not a bother as I can respect that it is somebody's home and not a hotel. Ordering breakfast in advance is not a bother as there are traditional meals that everybody... More

Have recently spent 4 nights at Loscombe House and found very good. The rooms are clean and modern and the owner is friendly and welcoming. Looking at the comments here it seems that one ' widely travelled ' customer was not happy with the place. All I can say is that having spent the last 20 years living abroad while... More

Although the room was on the small side, everything was clean and of nice quality. Would have liked a bedside light both sides of the bed but coped for one night. The bed was lovely and comfy and we both had a really good nights sleep. Breakfast was very tasty and nicely presented. All in all a great B &... More

We stayed 2 nights and would have loved to stay longer. It was so peaceful. When we arrived and Penny saw my mother had a walking stick she didn't hesitate to change her plans and put us in another room rather than upstairs as she had originally arranged. So very helpful and kind. Lovely breakfasts
