This is a fabulous little hideaway tucked away in Pendeen. The chalet rooms are large, warm, clean and beautifully presented. A deck area at the back overlooks the sea and the views are incredible. A huge breakfast in the morning topped it all off! Incredible value for money too - I'd have paid double the price. I would thoroughly recommend... More

We stayed at the lighthouse in Pendeen for a week from 09/01/16 and visited The North Inn twice while we were there. Extremely friendly locals who told us tales of tin mining and druids! One of the locals, now an elderly gentleman, showed us a photograph on the wall of himself as a young lad working at the nearby Geevor... More

Walking the South West Coast Path, I was delighted to find a bath in a big comfortable bedroom; and in the bar, a great selection of St Austell beers and the food was good. It also has a camping field for the more adventurous. All good quality and great value.

We stayed there for two nights and would definitely stay here again. The room is a very good size, bathroom is also of reasonable size. We ate in the pub/restaurant part both nights and food was fab, we both was very impressed with the curries. Only downside was yes, as one or two others have mentioned, the mould on the... More

The all you can eat curry night at the North Inn is well worth a visit. It was so nice to have home made curries available, on this night it was a choice of 4 different ones, they were all delicious. As well as a curry night eat as much as you like the menu has a great choice of... More

The Sunday roast here is to die for! Very Cheap and you will get more food than you can eat. The Veg comes in a separate bowl for the table which my family found extremely helpful as some of us do not like certain vegetables so was nice to be able to choose. The Pun also has a very large... More

Spacious room, but they need to sort out the mould on the net curtain and on the ensuite shower room ceiling. Also, we had booked a table for 7.30pm in advance, but were told when we checked in that it would be best if we finished eating before 7.45pm, as a large group would be taking over most of the... In case you are wondering, 'ooze ee' is Cornish for 'who's that'?. That's what was going through the minds (I assumed) of the locals when I entered 'The North Inn' for the first time this afternoon.Me, a stranger! a pony tail and only one head!! Remember that immortal scene in 'An American Werewolf in London' where the two American tourists... More

My room was spacious and comfortable and there was a bath in the ensuite - a real find after a day on the coast path! The food served in the pub was plentiful and there were several different curries to choose from. Breakfast was nicely cooked. Although I'd booked a room for two of us I turned up on my... More

We stayed here while walking the southwest coast path. The campsite is basis, in fact just a field. The toilets are the same ones inside to pub for all to us and two very small showers. Having said that we found it adequate for walking. Would not want to stay longer than one night. We ate in the pub which... More
