Absolute gem of a find. Stayed here four nights with our dog, spotlessly clean, all very modern, everything works, wifi better than most hotels provide. Swimming pool superb, grounds immaculate. Can't say much more really, very spacious and well located for touring the area. Nothing of note walking distance so someone needs to drive if eating out.

I have already recommended this self catering accommodation. It is clean, modern and comfortable. The location is perfect for exploring South Cornwall, ten minutes from Fowey and the Eden project. We were lucky enough to have a hot tub which was a real treat in the evenings. The wifi in the cottage was a bonus and the swimming pool clean... More

We stayed here for 4 nights and our only complaint was...4 nights is NOT enough! Absolutely amazing place, the cottage had brilliant views, very clean and literally had everything we needed and could think of. It was a posher home away from home. It is within short driving distance from the Eden Project which the kids loved, several beaches, Padstow,... More

The cottage was so clean. The swimming pool is lovely and warm. Fantastic setting. We stayed with 2 young children and they loved it. Very relaxing. The Manager of the complex was very welcoming and helpful. Hope to go and stay again

We have just returned from a week in a 2 bed cottage. We have 3 kids aged from 7 to 16 and all 3 loved it. We had one of the cottages which was at the top of the slope and you have a great view over the hills. There are 2 bedrooms, a double plus a twin with 2... More

Wow what a find. We stayed in cottage no 5 which I think has the best view. It's very private with its own hot tub and bbq which is set to the side of the property. When your sat in the hot tub you are looking out at the amazing view of the countryside. The cottage itself is off a very... More

Spent 3 nights here with my friends and their children. No one was on reception on arrival but we were able to follow the instuctions given in order to access our key from the safe. The cottage was well presented and tidy and we had some tea and coffee and dishwasher tablets provided. It would have been nice to have... More

We stayed in Cottage 6 for 3 nights in July. The accommodation is of a good standard and the site itself is quiet and relaxing. The indoor swimming pool is heated and a great facility, as is the children's outdoor play equipment. The cottages are well equipped and all towels and bedding we're clean and fresh. There is however a... More

Some friends and I stayed 5 nights in No. 7 Greenacres Cottages in mid-June 2014. The 2-storey apartment had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. As there were 5 of us, one had to sleep on a pull-out bed downstairs. No problems there. There was enough towels but we had to request extra bedding for the 5th person. One complaint was... More

We rented two cottages for my family and our three dogs and were very impressed with the cleanliness and decent spec of them. One was dog friendly and the other had a hot tub with it. We had a small issue with other guests using the hot tub that we'd paid for, but that was dealt with swiftly. I'll have... More
