If you want an escape from modern life and luxuries and to replace it with a basic but beautifully positioned campsite then this is perfect for you. We were a family of 4 with two children aged 8 and 5. The tents were well positioned around the outside of a field which at one end had play park for the... More

The Teneriffe campsite is wonderful situated. Just a 10 minutes walk from the rocky coast. Excellent place to discover the coastline! The campsite offers as you can see on the picture lots of space. The picthes are big, the centre of the field stays empty. The upperfield, only open for one month at the moment, is the same. The toilets... More

We stayed here in. July in one of the pods , which was one of the most generous we have stayed in, the mattresses were excellent so we didn't bother to use our own air beds Steve was friendly and very helpful. The site is smashing especially the camping field which gets a glimpse of the sea. Shame the pods... More

Found this site by the NT website , booked 2 nights by phone . Although the office was closed on arrival and informative booking in list showed which was our pitch. Quickly pitched up to enjoy our view of the sea on a well marked pitch with plenty of space. We spent 2 glorious days walking the coastal footpaths which... More

Upon pulling into Teneriffe campsite I was overawed by its location...with nothing but rolling countryside and a cheeky sea view to boot. if your expecting a campsite with free wifi/phone signal/gaggles of ferrel kids running about/evening entertainment in the onsite bar & a corporate feel then don't come here. If you want a stunning, well maintained, simple but simply perfect... More

We have just returned from a fantastic weekend 'glamping' in a pod on this National Trust-owned site. We were welcomed by Steve the site manager, who was extremely helpful and friendly throughout our brief stay. The site is still in 'transition' and there are more upgrades to come to the toilet/shower blocks etc, however what was available was clean and... More

I stayed on the site with my wife, two girls and out mutt. In September 2013. The site is really well kept. There are no bells or whustles here but the site has everything you could need. The site itself is quiet and fairly isolated. The kids had a great time with this being the first camping trip. There are... More

This was the perfect place to rekindle our love of camping in the UK after 20 years of living in SE Asia. Situated down quiet country lanes but only 5 minutes car drive (20 minutes walk) from the friendly town of Mullion, the 2 big fields meant there was plenty of space between pitches. The facilities were clean and the... More

This camp site is now owned by THE NATIONAL TRUST since 2012. Just returned from a severn night stay and I can't wait for next year. The pitches are well spread out, with a nice childrens playground. Showers and toilets are kept nice and clean. Steve the manager is extremely friendly. Keep up the good work

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Teneriffe Farm Camping & Caravan Site, from July 15th 2011, is now managed by the National Trust. It is situated on the stunning Lizard Peninsula, ideally located near the South West Coast Path, Predannack Downs and the Lizard National Nature Reserve. It is perfect for those who enjoy walking, bird watching, cycling and other outdoor pursuits. There are numerous, excellent and award winning beaches, beautiful coves, fishing harbours, villages and local attractions only a short drive away. With no passing traffic and associated noise, the campsite is just that little bit off the beaten track, but easily accessible by road from Mullion village. The site itself commands a delightful sea view. In our main field there are 24 pitches, 14 with electric hook-up, for tents, touring caravans, motorhomes, campervans and trailer tents, all with generous spacing between each pitch. Pitches are located around the perimeter of a 3 acre field, leaving the centre area free for recreational purposes. A children’s play area has swings, slide and climbing frame. An additional 3 acre field is put into use for the high summer period which provides an additional 29 pitches, 12 with electric hook-up; again all pitches located around the perimeter.Facilities are provided for the washing of crockery etc. and for washing clothes. Hot water is free of charge. New for this year will be an additional outdoor wash area. No more queuing while waiting to wash your crockery and great for having a chat with your fellow campers! There is a toilet and shower block. Hot water is provided for the wash basins. A small charge of 20p is made for the showers. A hair drier is provided in the ladies and razor points in the men’s.
