I had the pleasure of staying in this delightful B&ab last week. Both the room and the dining room have spectacular views of the village & harbour. The room had a balcony with superb views. The room was tastefully decorated with an en suite shower & w/c and a sink in the room. There was nothing they hadn't thought to... More

We walked this section of the South West Coast Path in January 2016, when the light and drama of the landscape are at their best. Arriving after dark we were given a warm welcome by Ian and help with hosing down our muddy kit. The room was great, thoughtfully designed, it had a large balcony looking out to sea and... More

We had a comfortable and relaxing stay at Honeycombe house. Our room was clean and cosy and the views were breathtaking. The hosts Ian and Val were friendly, professional and attentive, nothing was too much trouble. There was a good choice at breakfast and everything was cooked to order, using locally sourced produce. We would recommend this Bed and breakfast... More

An enjoyable two nights spent at Honeycombe House, it starts with a tricky drive up Polkirt Hill, but once parked and checked in there is a friendly and warm family ambience in the house. Stunning views from our room,'Albert' of the village and port below. After a very comfortable first night, we had an excellent breakfast on the enclosed verandah... More

I really enjoyed the two nights I spent at the Honeycombe House. There is a warm ambiance, and very friendly proprietors. Their breakfasts were excellent, and the location could not be better. I hope to return when I am next in England.

Stunning views to die for from our room/balcony. A short easy walk down to the village and slight incline on the way back - no dramas. Great breakfast. Polite hosts. Parking. available which was a benefit. Clean and functional room. Reasonably priced. Would stay again in a heart beat.

We have recently returned from a wonderful break at Honeycombe House. On arrival we were greeted by a really friendly and helpful couple Ian and Val. We were shown to a comfortable room with the most amazing views The Albert has a large window looking down over the Harbour and a patio door opening out onto a verandah overlooking the... More

I have been walking the South West Coast Path with a group of friends on odd weekends since 2006 and having trudged the 360 or so miles from Minehead, I decided we would base in Mevagissey for the sections in that area. My records show that The Honeycombe is the 26th accommodation we have stayed at over the years and... More
