This is a lovely Bed and Breakfast in a lovely place. The host were very friendly and welcoming and we were greeted with tea and homemade cake, which catered to my dietary requirements. Room was clean and tasteful and had a lovely view of the sea and Mevagissy. Breakfast as again was catered to tastes, with homemade bread. Garden was... More

Can thoroughly recommend this accommodation. We arrived to a welcome cup of tea and home made cake. Both Claire and Tony made us welcome and we were shown to a lovely room with all ammenities. The breakfasts were of a high standard, home made bread, jam and a wonderful, full breakfast with alternatives if required. The view from the dining... More

Arrived into the town at the end of a busy day looking for some accommodation for one night. It was getting dark and the weather was appalling and with many places showing no vacancies because they had closed for the season I was about to give up and go back to St Austell when I spotted a small sign down... We stayed for 4 nights in October, Claire & Tony were very flexible with our arrival time which was just before midnight. They gave us a friendly and warm welcome. We were in the lighthouse room which was bright, airy and had a huge comfy bed. Breakfasts were all delicious and plentiful, the porridge is the best I've ever had.... More

Trennicks is an absolutely wonderful B&B with very comfortable rooms with great views and surroundings. Tea and coffee making facilities are provided along with lovely homemade shortbread biscuits. Also, daily bottled water is a bonus. Clare also provides guests with lovely homemade cakes in the afternoon. Tony prepares a lovely cooked breakfast (one of the best we have had) in... More

The quality of accommodation and service provided by Clare and Tony our hosts was excellent. They catered to our every whim from their extensive breakfast menu - I had delicious, freshly made pancakes with maple syrup and some locally sourced sausages and bacon with freshly squeezed orange juice (just what you need to set you up for a busy day... Three nights at Trennicks was simply not enough. Clare & Tony are the perfect hosts, a warm welcome to a very comfortable home with fantastic views of Mevagissey, the harbour and the sea. Its all the little details that make a difference, the home baking, the high quality produce used - the cooked breakfast might be one of the best... More

We booked last minute for a one night stay. Our booking was straightforward with recommendations & overviews of some local restaurants to eat in for Saturday night. Upon arrival we were greeted by Clare who showed us to our lovely room. Very good sized double room, very clean & modern with the added bonus of doors onto a patio where... More
