Just back from a few days staying at Sea Vista in Mawgan Porth. This is a lovely B & B. hosts Kate & Ozzy are friendly, hospitable hosts and Kate's cooking is great! The rooms are clean & comfortable. The lounge & dining rooms have stunning views of the beautiful bay of Mawgan Porth. Would definitely recommend this place! more

We stayed at the Seavista for my wife's Birthday weekend. The hotel is located above the beautiful Mawgan Porth beach and has amazing views across some stunning countryside and of course the wonderful bay. The rooms are well decorated and our room had a nice view of the sea. The breakfast was cooked to order and was great. On the... more

We stayed at the seavista for a weekend break. Collected from the airport by the owners which was very nice. Nice clean room very comfortable - just a couple of minor improvements - mirror in bedroom and better shower. Views from room were magnificant. Would recommend. Good value for money. more

We have to add a bit more here because we ran out of space in the visitors' book! Kate and Ozzie have a fabulous small hotel in a stunning location; superb baking, dinner and brekkies/smoothies. We've stayed at several places in Mawgan Porth during the last 8 years and this is a real winner. We have 2 surfers, 1 bodyboarder... more

We went for our honeymoon, Ozzie and Kate were lovely hosts! we had bubbly waiting in the room for us when we arrived and a card wishing us all the best on our honeymoon! lovely touch. The homemade biscuits were yummy, room was tidy and clean, and the breakfasts were great, even for me as a picky eater! Great views... more

Nice little B & B with some bedrooms having a view of the beach. Nice staff, very good breakfast. Our room is best described as bijou, but very clean and comfortable. Mawgan Porth beach is 2 minute walk and is very family friendly with a village store, pitch and putt, pub, fish and chip shop. Good spot for exploring the... more

Kate & Ozzie are wonderful hosts and provided a warm welcome on our recent visit. Tea/coffee and a slice of homemade cake on arrival. Views from the lounge window were breathtaking. The tasteful decor, cleanliness and location all contributed to making this a perfect location for a short weekend break. Ozzie even came to pick us up after dinner at... more

Friendly, welcoming. Comfortable beds and rooms and views either down the valley or over the beach. Within walking distance of a good restaurant though the hotel also does meals. more

- had high hopes and they were exceeded! Great 2 night break with the kids, just wish it could have been longer. Excellent breakfasts, really friendly helpful owners, lovely room - hotel now has 2 family rooms (sleeping four) which is unusual for a hotel of this size. Although we didn't have dinner in the hotel, this can be arranged... more
