I could not recommend this small family-run hotel highly enough. We found it by accident whilst travelling through Cornwall, and not only did they take in weary wet people but our dog too! A nice welcome and excellent breakfastsbut the hotel needs a new cleaner, the carpets were never hoovered and the bathroom floor quite honestly was filthy. Could do with a decent light in the bathroom, so dull, and the rooms were damp, all our clothes felt damp. Would never go again. more

Second stay this year, they were busier this time, yet the service was still fantastic. Great food still, though they changed the meal.... where is the gorgeous monk fish gone..... hehe.
