We were looking for something special for an anniversary looking as far as booking a villa in the Med. But we went to Tredethick on the basis that if the kids are happy then we'll have a better holiday too. We're very happy we did, it was brilliant. Our 3 year old bounced between the soft play room (with coffee... More

Firstly, it has to be said that this place is amazing for young kids. There is plenty to do and farmer Tim is great. Now... The pool facilities are 5*, but are heavily abused by (some!) locals. We entered the pool to be greeted by what could only be described as a pack of animals. The tables and chairs we... More

We're delighted that you felt Tredethick was amazing for young children and that you rate the pool facilities five star. However we were very concerned to read that you had a bad experience when visiting the pool and would like to sincerely apologise for the incident. We have a small local membership and this is the first time we have... More

We recently spent a fantastic and ultra-relaxing weekend at Tredethick (no mean feat with a six-year-old in tow). The cottage (Liddicoat) was gorgeous – huge, light, warm and fabulously equipped (think Dualit toasters and fluffy white bathrobes). We arrived a bit too late to eat the cream tea waiting for us but enjoyed scoffing it the next day. Animal feeding... More

Like all the other reviewers we had an amazing week at Tredethick! The facilities are excellent including the indoor pool, play ground, play barn and soft play. All were well looked after, clean and maintained. The coffee / hot chocolate / tea in the soft play room was brilliant as were the newspapers / magazines. The fact that several of... More

I had to read the very few negatives from previous reviews out of curiosity, the price seems to be the main issue; a little pricey yes, but worth it purely to keep the little one entertained with minimal effort! They really have thought of everything here. The animal feeding was a great way to start the day, and an egg... More

Tredethick farm has wowed me and my family, the day we left my 3 years old was already asking if we are going back when she is 4!! Everything about this farm is just lovely, and very well thought - there is a lot of attention t little details that make a place enjoyable and comfortable specially when having kids,... More

What a wonderful place Tredethick Farm is..!! From the very first moment we arrived when Farmer Tim came to greet us at our cottage after we'd just unpacked the car, we were instantly at ease. When my little girl wandered out to find us chatting to Tim at the front door he said hello and called my son and daughter... More

Farmer Tim and his team stopped at nothing to make this the most enjoyable, memorable family holiday we have had to date. From the moment we arrived, the little thoughts were greatly appreciated from the Cream Tea & fresh picked flowers waiting for us in the cottage to the warm and personal welcome from Farmer Tim knowing the children by... Such a fantastic holiday! Farmer Tim was on holiday so we didn't get to meet him, but farmer Jenny and Tim's mum stepped in and were amazing! The soft play barn - great size, clean and had sofas for us to sit on whilst we watched the boys go crazy and exhaust themselves! Free coffee machine and mags and daily... More

If you're reading reviews of Tredethick Farm Cottages then I'm guessing that you: - Have young children or grandchildren. - Want a holiday which they will love and is easy for you. - Are wondering if you can justify the cost (or maybe that was just me!!??). We are definately not megabucks and really thought hard about whether we could... More
