We had a wonderful couple of nights at The Old Chapel B&B. The owners welcomed us at the door before we had even rung the door bell, showed us to our room and private bathroom just down the hall way. We asked for details on a local taxi service so we could get down to Boconnoc house (and back late... More

We were so fortunate to have found this wonderful 5* Gold B & B. Everything was first class. The Old Chapel has been tastefully converted into a luxurious guest house. Kimberley & Greg are wonderful hosts - nothing was too much trouble. The breakfasts were fantastic and evening snacks an added bonus! Highly recommended.

Geoff, It was a pleasure to host you and Maureen on the occasion of Maureen's birthday and combined with a holiday break. We are glad you liked the decor and the refurbishment work we have done to make the Old Chapel a 5 star home from home. We are very proud of the AA awards we have received and that... More

We have tried a lot of B&B's in Britain and on The Continent, this beats them all. From the first moment you feel the relaxed hospitality and superb kindness of Kimberley and Greg. The rooms are in perfect shape and spotless CLEAN. In the summertime you can enjoy the garden with fishpond and beautyfull flowers. And last but not least... More

Birgit and John, It was a pleasure to serve you your breakfast each day, and to learn of the geocaching adventures you had each day, even when the weather was a little wet! To hear that our B&B is the best you have stayed in and that our award winning breakfast may be fit for a king (or queen) is... More

Great host, warm and friendly welcome. They were very flexible with our early breakfast request for our 2 night stay which was greatly appreciated. Points to note as observations and not a criticism:- Heligan room was noisy with road traffic if you're not use to this. Food was excellent quality, the Full English breakfast was a generous breakfast, but the... More

Karen T, Thanks for the feedback. Glad you enjoyed your stay and the 7am breakfast! The Eggs Benedict and Smoked Salmon with scrambled egg are both made with two eggs and the smoked salmon with scrambled egg uses a large quantity of salmon served on half a muffin. They are designed for people who do not want a large breakfast,... More

We spent 3 nights here and Kimberly and Greg couldn't have been any better hosts. Totally passionate and professional. Local tour guide offered at cheaper prices than entry cost alone to some local attractions. Rooms are stunning and spacious. Breakfast was wonderful. Local delicacies or homemade goodies on offer. This is definitely a place we will keep as a return... More

A very enjoyable stay due in no small part to the hospitality and professionalism of our hosts Greg and Kimberley. The property was of a high standard with very comfy beds, good breakfast and it was meticulously clean. If you are after bed and breakfast accomodation in this part of Cornwall you would struggle to find better.

We stayed 2 nights In the Old Chapel B&B in the Cotehele room. (As our room was named after Cotehele garden we visited this beautiful garden on our way home.) However this room didn't have an en-suit bathroom, it did not cause any inconvenience. The B&B has a really friendly, welcoming atmosphere and it is furnished stylishly, and equipped with... More

Hello Vickyw516, Thanks for your feedback. Kimberley is always busy making shortbread as it is very popular with our guests. The most important things our guests need when they stay with us is a clean room, a good night's sleep and a great breakfast to set them up for the day. I am happy we delivered on all of those...
