I was walking on the coastal path and this B&B is ideally situated right on the route. The building is absolutely gorgeous and my room, at the back, was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was way above average quality. It's just a shame it was so expensive.

Well took me a while to find the hotel to make this review as the photos of the front are completely different, this B&B is not a cottage in a field on its own but on a street with houses on all sides but the address is correct so not sure why the photos are misleading That aside this is... More

This was an ideal place to stay for the wedding at Polhawn Fort. We had a warm welcome and the room had great views. It was large and comfortable. Parking is restricted but the owners moved their car to allow us to use the drive. The village had great pub food. Breakfast at the house was very tasty and plentiful.... More

Spacious and spotless room with great beds and lovely linen. Good views from all the windows and all in all a quiet and restful space, perhaps due to the fact that all the other guests were quite elderly. So, possibly best suited to the older customer. While the breakfast was good and hearty, it didn't make the gourmet grade as... More

We (2 Norwegians) stayed her one night while walking the SWCP. The Cliff House was in a very quiet area and very close to a local pub - where we ate dinner. Our room was very nice, spacious and clean. The atmosphere was friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was very good and our host very friendly. The place was just as we... More

I had a great few days here. I loved Kingsand; and Cliff House is an old characterful building with lovely paintings and a tasty breakfast. Service was warm and friendly and helpful. I'd go back again.

We arrived in the dark after getting very lost with the sat nav - Anne greeted us on arrival and assisted with our luggage (mostly my shoes)... The room was very pleasant we opted for the rear of the guest house - what a big mistake as the view from the front of the guest house was stunning and I... More

We had just a weekend staying in this charming b and b. We had a sea view. The room was very spacious and clean with an en suite. My son and his girlfriend were in the twin room and that was huge as well. On the floor below, was a massive lounge, complete with grand piano. We loved it! The... More

Im not sure if the pictures are accurate (unless they are of the cottage associated with the b and b) but i recently stayed there with my mum and had a very enjoyable time, even though our stay was rather stained by the bad weather and a nasty ailment. The room was very spacious, charmingly furnished with a great view... More

We stayed 3 nights and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We were in the "best" room, so we had a large bed and a seating area with views of the water through the bay window. It was a bit of a walk into town, very hilly, but lovelt when we got there. Ann was very helpful, booked us into local places for... More
