We booked the cottage (called "The Dairy"). It is self contained with everything you could possibly want. Our hosts were wonderful, nothing was too much trouble and the setting is delightful. Cannot recommend Rowan Barn too highly.

We were on a stopover on our way to the Scillies and Rowan Barn fitted the bill completely. Our room (Hazel) was not large but beautifully decorated with good pictures and the large bathroom very well appointed and pristine. We were made very welcome and breakfast was delicious.

Our stay at Rowan Barn was so relaxing and delightful! It was home away from home, but better because all the cleaning and breakfast is done for you and to such a high level. Stunning breakfast with fresh marmalade and jams. A truly idyllic, peaceful (and very clean!) place to stay. We'll be doing self catering next time since we... More

We had a two night stay here. Everything was excellent-large room with comfortable bed, spacious ensuite, delicious breakfast. Very secluded and peaceful surrounds and yet only a few miles from Hayle or Penzance. Huw and Sally were very helpful and full of information to enable us to get the most from our visit. We will recommend Rowan Barn to all... More

Gorgeous B&B with lovely hosts who were more than happy to help you with any requests or information you needed. Bedrooms were extremely comfortable with welcome luxury products. There are many good bed and breakfasts around England. This fits in the excellent category. The Dairy self catering is not just well placed with a great balcony to sit out in the sun when we get it, but also has a great 'grandmothers' feather bed that you cannot not have a good nights sleep in. All the rooms are... More
