Had a three stay here this month and I have to say it is beautiful hotel very clean and rooms are beautiful. Now before I say the bad point to our stay I have to say that when we commented on our issue the staff was quick to react and looked after us well. But the restaurants food was very... More

An enjoyable 4 day break in South Cornwall, a few miles from St Austell. Spacious rooms with good air conditioning - sea views if possible. Really friendly staff serving excellent food and wine. Wi-fi worked well.

Modern, well positioned quality hotel designed to ensure you experience Cornwall in amongst tranquil surroundings, combined with a exemplary Cornish welcome! We stayed in a perfect sea view balcony room, spacious and well furnished nothing lacking what so ever. The view was amazing from our room and the extensive patio area where an evening drink finished off a relaxing day.... More

I really didn't mind the drive down narrow country lanes even though our taxi driver had a death wish, or dilusions of being the next Paddy Hopkirk, but those damned seagulls! Llawnroc has a lovely outside terrace, but I just couldn't sit out there for longer than a few minutes in fear that I'd get dumped on, just like the... More

I booked the llawnroc after a recommendation from a friend who lives in Helston Cornwall, I was looking for a hotel that still had good access to the A30 (whilst working in Cornwall for two days) but was a destination for food. I was not disappointed, the food was second to none, whilst very reasonably priced, great options and also... More

We stayed here about 3 weeks ago,the hotel itself is gorgeous, quite expensively furnished I would say, even the patio area is lovely. Had an upgrade to a sea view room, nice. But Oh the food, we booked the bistro for the first night and were going to eat in the Fine Dining restaurant for the 2nd. My so called rib eye steak... More

Before I comment on our stay,I would like to say that I do not understand the recent review about lack of choice on the menu, quite the opposite. I would really like to give my review 5 stars, but only one little thing stopped me and that was the lovely outside terrace that we were looking forward to is much... More

I visited today with my dad for Father's Day. The restaurant was not busy which was surprising considering its Father's Day and there was a lack of atmosphere with no music playing. The waitresses looked untidy with one in particular wearing a black dress with white socks and trainers ... This looks unprofessional to me. We were seated by a... More

The choice of food was limited, and the quality was not good, there was no atmosphere, as we were the only ones in there, after complaining about something with the food, and stopped eating it, when it came to paying for the high priced meal, I was still charged for the item that I did not eat. would not use... Dear Bill S Thank you for your review on our Restaurant, I have to say I'm saddened to read the content. I must say that there are a few items that you have mentioned that I find hard to understand. Firstly the lack of choice on the menu's. We run two menu's that you are able to order from on... More
