We stayed here as a family (with a wheelchair user) whilst attending the Army v Navy Rugby recently. There are several reasons why I wont stay here again, and they are: Overpriced, shabby interior, uncomfortable beds, wheelchair lift unpredictable, poor service, not enough staff, and vastly overpriced restaurant. Do yourself a favour, book the Premier Inn for rugby.

We have stayed here for many years but now feel price has gone up but service gone down. Don't appreciate staff arguing about paying guests being 2 minutes early for breakfast and lack of cutlery etc It is ideally situated for rugby but really not worth the fee they charge. If rugby was not there the place would be empty

Nice room but could do with some running repairs doing. Bog seat was broken and kettle needed a clean. Didn't get chance to eat or drink here but looks well stocked at the bar. The view of the Thames by the way is not worth paying extra for.
