Stayed here for 1 night after Rugby at Twickenham. Hotel is 5 minutes from Teddington Station with a half hourly service to Twickenham which is only 10 minutes away. Returned on the 281 bus to avoid the crowds at the rail station. All staff were very pleasant and helpful, superior room was very good but a little noisy as it... more

Stayed at The Park as visiting friends in the area. Room was clean and had everything we needed. The annexe building was newly decorated and looked fresh and clean. The hotel was good value for money, it offers free car park, free wi-fi and a discount in the restaurant. Food was lovely and service was great. Staff is very friendly... more

Didn't stay in the rooms, but I ate here after a business trip in Teddington. The food was very poor, and very disapointing indeed given the appearance of the place. The mussels were cold and bland. And the Steak&Guiness pie was tasteless, gristly, bland (again), and greasy. Makes Fray Bentos seem appealing. Even the fries was terrible (probably cheap frozen... more

I do apologise for your visit to our restaurant being such a negative experience. I assure you I have looked into the particular dishes you disliked, to improve them as much as possible. I hope you will try our restaurant again soon, and apologise once again for your experience.

The hotel was until recently excellent value for money (this was my third visit in the last 4 months) with sensibly priced rooms, good staff and a decent bar serving food. Recently they have started to charge nearly £6 for 90 minutes wi fi – previously free! We were encouraged to book breakfast having been advised that it was cheaper.... more

I do apologise for the delay in response and the issue with the free access WIFI, it certainly has nothing to do with any cost cutting. Unfortunately our provider had a few problems supplying us WIFI access for approximately 1 week, so you needed to log onto the local BT provider which charges for their service. This is a back...

Booked the hotel over a month in advance and when we arrived they didn't have the right size rooms for us so they did offer us an extra room without charge. However that meant one of our party had to sleep on their own which they weren't too happy about. The room itself was modest but clean we were in... more

I stayed in this hotel for two nights in May 2009 while on a course. I stayed in the annexe building. The room was bright and airy, with a flat screen tv, nice double bed and modern bathroom. I ordered room service during my stay which was both promt and lovely. It is right next to the high street and... more

We stayed at the park for the rugby final in May. The hotel is 2 minutes from the station which is 2 stops from Twickenham - ideal. It also goes direct to waterloo if you want access to the city. After a swift and friendly check in, we trailed down the 17 miles of corridor to our room (14) which... more

We stayed here for 5 nights (2 adults, 5 yr, 4 yr and a baby) mainly for purpose of visiting various local schools. There was a king bed + a sofa bed + cot so room was fairly cramped but quite manageable. Considering the room rate (which was already good) also included free cooked breakfast, wi-fi, parking and was inc... more

Hi, We've stayed at the Park hotel in Teddington on quite a few occasions and it's a great location given the close proximity to the train station and SW London generally. However on this visit, having spent the Sunday evening out in Richmond with friends, we discovered that as the main bar was shut they are unable (unwilling) to provide... more

I work regularly at Teddington Studios and stay in this hotel. The rooms in the modern annexe are better than the main Victorian building and also quieter. The hotel has a good reputation in the area and the restaurant/bar is busy at weekends. Breakfast is excellent with waitress service to your table in the lovely dining room. Evening meals very... more
