Omg what a terrible mistake it was staying here I thought it would be a quaint B&B but to my horror it was a run down pub with run down rooms. Showers trickle warm water, bathrooms dirty. The hygiene was awful rooms not even hoovered properly, dirty curtains very noisy nights. I didnt read the reviews before staying here but... More

We wound up here by mistake. No not water, toilets blocked, no heat. No amenities. No food. Stay at the airport or go somewhere else. Not even a good choice for backpackers. We meant to go to the Swan Hotel in Staines. Don't get the two confused.

The Swan in is the oldest Pub in the nice town of Stanwell. The staff is very friendly and the locals stopp by after work for a beer or two. The rooms are clean and the prices are fair. I stayed there eight days and had a nice time. The location is perfect between the city of London and Reading!
