The room was clean and simple. We had no problems with our shower in fact it was great - almost as good as a power shower (room 34). We had a nice view over looking the Thames. Dirty rooms, no minibar, barely hot water in the shower, rude reception clerk. And when then breakfast was the worst ever, I can't find any reason for recommending this place. So my advice, don.t go there! more

I didn’t get off to the best of starts with this hotel. The entrance has a MIND YOUR HEAD sign above the door which is the last thing you expect and indeed notice as you enter - I succeeded in smacking my head off the top of the door frame while trying to manoeuvre my case into the reception area.... more

We had a pleasant stay at the Warren Lodge. We had a room in the annexe which was okay. There is a notice on the door when you shut it to say that river insects are attratced by the lights soshut the door quickly. There was evidence that someone had been swotting insects as there were 3 quite large splats... more

Had a really nice stay! good room good service and good breakfast!! then when we got home i realised they had taken money out of my bank when they shouldnt have!!!wont go back there did not even get an apology!! not once!!! more
