My wife and i stayed two nights at the Osterley Park Hotel. The room wasnt very clean, lots of dust under the bed. Stains on carpets and room smelt of cigarette smoke, was supposed to be non smoking room. The hotel was very noisy. Good thing it was handy for the airport and underground.

Room 32 in the stalag annex. No heating, dirty, smelly blanket. Smelled like a dogs blanket. Pre war mattress with very sharp springs to keep you awake all night so I had more time to appreciate the musty odour in the damp room. Kettle worked which was lucky for me as I could have a strip wash in the sink... More

Where do we start with this one. Our intention was to find a local hotel to work for somewhere to sleep after a night out in London. Our usual place was fully booked so we thought we would give it a try. We have read the awful reviews as well as the good ones and thought Iets see. Well, we... More

We stayed here for 1 night recently due to working nearby.Compared to the place we stayed the night before this place was more than welcome. Not expecting much due to the price and revues we were more than happy with our room.Clean beds, hot shower, flat screen tv just whats needed after a long days work. The pub at the front of... This is not an expensive hotel and considering what you pay it is not a bad hotel. Some of the rooms are being refurbished at the moment and those that are already refurbed are much better. The pub that is part of the hotel is very cheap and the curry house is excellent. Staff friendly. There are much worse hotels... More

Just bloody terrible. Avoid at all cost. Only stayed there as the one I normally stay at was full. Party in the "motel" style rooms till past 12 at night so not much sleep. Even considered sleeping in the car as an improvement on this dire place and they charged me £95 for the privilege.

If we had looked at the reviews we would never have stayed here for 1 day in August, but we did not find the hotel as bad as some of these reviewers. We were not around for breakfast so cannot comment on that, but to be fair, although there was a dated duvet cover on the bed it was spotlessly... More

This is certainly not a 4 star luxury hotel as stated on some website.Carpets very dirty especially in the restaurant. Cheap ingredients used for continental breakfast, eg. orange squash with ice instead of fruit juice. No tables laid for breakfast , just a wooden table to eat off of.Oviously needs a few lesson in etiquette , soap dispensers in bathroom,... More

The Osterley looks beautiful from the street; quaint and picturesque. Appearances do lie. The first room we were given was so bad it was scary. There was an inch of water on the bathroom floor, which is probably why there was mold in the corners. The refrigerator did not work, nor did the wi-if or the television. The room absolutely... More

Very disappointing. Room not clean, bedspread stained. Felt I was in a cheap and sleazy motel. Cup of stale soup on floor behind the desk. Staff helpful and willing. Discount price was the right price - certainly not worth the full price. Possibly better accommodation in the main hotel, but we were in a separate motel/style annex. Would not recommend.
