had to stay there for work reasons for one night. It was during the worst weather London had seen with snow and cold temperatures. My room had NO heating!! and I was brought a small radiator. we booked the hotel before reading the reports on trip advisor.we were tempted to cancel but because the hotel was so near to the function we were attending we decided to risk it. Thankfully the bad reports seemed to paint the wrong picture as we found the reception staff friendly and helpful,the rooms clean and would definely stop there again. more
