The staff are just beyond useless, we've been here 2 nights and haven't had a working TV in our room all the time we've been here despite complaint 3 times, the maintenance man did come up and look but after saying he'd look for another room he disappeared!!

Despite having booked well in advance and checking to confirm a couple of days before our stay upon our arrival we were informed the hotel was fully booked and there was no room for us to stay. They then tried to put us up in a budget hotel even though we had paid a lot of money to stay 4*.... More

Apart from the lobby area , a poorly maintained hotel with miniature sized rooms and rattling cocoon sized lift-was very much concerned whether it would stop in mid air. On the whole very bad experience. Would not recommend it to any of my friends.

We arrived in the hotel 30 minutes early for check in and the reception said that will charge extra £20 if we wanted the room straight away and so we're tired due to early flight so we paid extra but we need to wait another 15 mins. And so we go up to our room but walking in the hallway... More

We stayed here for 2 nights as we had to visit heathrow to collect a car and also we had tickets for Wimbledon so thought staying here, which is near to the tube, would be ideal. The website shows the hotel in a much better light than it actually is, to start with we booked a car park space, my... More

I stayed here while on a personal trip to London and found it to be a very good and comfortable hotel. The location was great, a very short walk away from the nearest stop on the Underground, and about a 20 minute ride into the heart of London. The area immediately around the hotel was nice, and had some decent... More

I didn't think at the time that the accommodation or service was of a 4 star standard, rather 3 star at best. After my stay I have been querying a charge against my credit card and they have failed to respond to me. I have called them, emailed them and called some more. Every time I speak to the manager... A great hotel this, with excellent value for money. I paid £45 via laterooms. Room was small but completely adequate with more than you get in most bigger 4 stars. Free inclusive Wifi, Black out curtains were very welcome, airconditioning, a very full tea tray, fridge in the room for longer stays. Swimming pool was also clean. Everything clean and... More

A very dated hotel. Single dodgy feeling lift. Poor signage of the very expensive car park - Also a small car park so beware. Check in process was very slow and like something out of the 1980s. Very cheap bedding and not the best beds. Less than impressed by this hotel unfortunately. Did not eat here though, but the restaurant... More

Conveniently located within reach of public transport (tube and rail) or a short taxi ride to Heathrow, this modern hotel offers basic, clean rooms with free WiFi and access to a gym and swimming pool that are also open to the public. Its restaurant has a seasonal two-course dinner option for £15 and a fairly extensive menu. Portions are huge... More
