We stayed here through England Rugby Travel. Reading reviews on here we were very sceptical but didn't need to worry. Checkin. Painless and very quick. The staff are very friendly. Although you do need to leave a £50 deposit in case you want to wreck your room! Strange. The bedroom. We had a newly refurbished one. Very nice, modern and... More

Very friendly staff, very helpful. Food was really nice. Price was good for one night's stay. Car park at £15 a night, maybe too much if your staying 3-4 nights but for 1 night I found it acceptable. Gym was great, meant I didn't miss my workout! Room was very clean, modern and welcoming.

We stayed at this hotel as part of a package with England Rugby Travel as we had tickets for the England V All Blacks match at Twickenham. During the week before the stay I had read some reviews on the hotel and was quite anxious as many of them were critical, to say the least. However, I really need not... More

Went only for one night with my friend as we wanted somewhere cheap but nice to stay after shopping all day in westfield. As soon as we arrived we had a very warm welcome from the staff especially Stratos, room was lovely, modern, and clean! Restaurant was amazing downstairs, my friend had the fillet steak and said it was the... More

Ok, where do I start here?....Me and my partner stayed for the night, what turned out to be an pleasant stay ended up with a Knightmare. In the morning we were rudely interrupted by two separate work men who barged into our room without notice! Myself and my partner were not even dressed luckily we were still under the covers.... I made the mistake of not checking tripadvisor and how I'm regretting it now! From start to finish was a shambles cancelled our room ,wrong information given to me , room was disgusting! Riped and stained sofa, damp damaged wood all over bathroom changed our room and no better smelly lamp between the beds on wall that repeatedly kept falling... More

After reading the reviews I was a bit dubious about staying here. We booked as it was cheaper than staying in Central London. We stayed in a 'superior double room' which was very comfortable, mini bar, kettle, tea, coffee, hot chocolate, biscuits, toiletries & clean towels. It was very spacious too with a wide screen tv. We stayed on the... More

This place is a DUMP, there were more things wrong than okay. I'll say the only positive: staff was friendly and the dinner was okay. The breakfast was not okay. I can't say enough bad things about this place. The lamps shades were damaged, the TV didn't work, the bathroom was minimally clean, the auto-door closing mechanism was broken, the... More
