Overall our stay here (two nights) was nice. Friendly staff, modern room, huge LED TV and in a great location to the Picadilly line. However just a couple of little things let it slip down. The ironing board was located no where near a power socket. We searched high and low but there wasn't one. The cord on the iron... More

My fiancé and I stayed at the continental for one night in September. Normally we go for cheap and cheerful 3 star hotels when we go abroad, but for one night in the UK thought we'd treat ourselves. What an utter disappointment. I'll start with the £50 PER NIGHT deposit-utterly ridiculous. I can understand a deposit for the duration of... More

Hounslou is a dump, there was trash and debris all over the streets. This hotel charges 15 pounds to park in a horrible parking garage, tried to charge me twice for a triple room, insisted I leave 50 pounds cash with the receptionist until we checked out. The room was small, no airconditioner, window or heat. The bathroom was small... More

The hotel felt dated, but it has a lot going for it. The service was very good, the food was good, the brunch was decent, the location (near Heathrow) is fantastic, and the prices are reasonable. It's not a five-star hotel by any means, but there are plenty of much worse options.

A friend and I visited London for 4 days and booked this hotel due to the cheapness if you book in advance. A plus is also the 2 minute walking distance away from the tube station. We were initially worried about how close the planes were but we didn't hear them at all. The room was a lovely surprise with... More

As the prices are really high in London, I expected less than the real. It's just a minutes from Heathrow terminal 4! Go to bus stop 6 -> go to Piccadilly line service (free) and you will be there within minutes! They will ask you to pay 50£ deposit, if you pay it cash you will get it by cash,... More

I really am surprised that this is a 4-star hotel. There was loads of black mould in the bathroom (see photos) which was disgusting, plus dust everywhere in the room. The hallways and common areas of the hotel also lacked cleanliness. We needed to use our card to turn on electricity in the room, but no one told us this... More

I recently stayed at this hotel for a couple of nights whilst visiting London. It's literally a 2 minute walk from Hounslow Central underground and access to top London attractions is easy with just a couple of stops on the tube. The area itself didn't look too good so I wasn't expecting big things from the hotel, but it was... More

We stayed here for 4 nights. First thing that annoyed me was I had to leave a £150 deposit. There was no mention of this when I booked and no mention when I rang. Our room was on top floor but lift was no problem. The room was too hot, window didnt open and had no air con. Cant complain... More

This hotel was chosen for a little bit of luxury before collecting our children from Heathrow. The location was perfect, as it was close to the airport and to the station to be able to go out in London. But the hotel was disappointing to say the least. It is undergoing refurbishment, and hopefully when complete it will be fine,... More
