Run by very rude and arrogant Indian and Eastern European staff. Hotel view was towards a building site ... very romantic. The first night they switched off the electricity so only the light on the hotel corridor were working, but nothing in the room works ... no air condition in a stuffy room, because the window cannot be opened, no... nice hotel. Room are very clean and well maintained . Staff are very friendly. Only thing that lets this hotel is that there is no coach parking available.Nice and easy to get to. Local shops and bars are near by.

If you pay more that £70-100. I booked last minute on hotel website (£63) and thought I got a bargain but this was about correct. Looks like there are some refurb'd rooms at one end of hotel but you need to pass through grubby side first! Room comfortable enough, don't get parking at £15, breakfast service no good although food... More

Stayed at this hotel after a day at the rugby at Twickenham stadium. Great hotel and location. Only a short taxi ride from the stadium. Had a twin room for me and my son and it was very adequate for our one night stay. Breakfast was included in the price and was more than adequate.

Just returned from a great two night stay here with my partner. We'd booked this hotel due to its location as we were going to the army/navy rugby at twickenham and also wanted a day in London itself both places being about twenty minutes away .we paid £12 each for the tube into London , that being a 24 hour... Upon arrival, we found our first room filled with a horrid smell coming from the bathroom. We were given a new room down the hall, only for a team of maintenance and housekeeping to barge in, rudely ignore us, and begin examining our bathroom. They rudely ignore us and disregarded our possessions. At this time, the water went out for... More

I stayed here with my young son in April 2015 as a stop over before visiting Legoland the next day. I booked this hotel mainly because of its pool, which I thought would be nice to use with my son before dinner, but I was informed on my arrival at 17.30 that my son was not allowed to use the... After I read some bad reviews on tripadvisor about the hotel I have to recognize that I was a little bit concerned regarding The Continental hotel. Overall, for us was a pleasant experience. The room was a little bit small, but the bad was big and comfy. The bath and the rooms were both clean and they cleaned them everyday. It... More

This hotel is just totally okay. I paid £200 pounds for 3 nights which for London is very cheap and the room was clean and the pool and sauna was acceptable. Don't expect opulent luxury but everything was alright. I would say it isn't quite as clean as it could be in the corridors and communal areas but the room... More
