Good clean hotel with a great breakfast and good location for overnight at LHR. However the taxi cost to this hotel most notably from terminal 5 is a huge 27 pounds! The hotel has the AzA group that offers lower rates but you need to ask and get the hotel to get them to meet you at the terminal. more
