When I was going to book this hotel I read the comments in this site, pretty bad comments, so I preferred to look for another hotel, but then I saw better comments in other website and I decided to take a chance on it. After I stayed at the Master Robert Hotel I can say these comments are not fair.... more

An out of town motel/hotel that is on main roads but you need a car to get anywhere. It is some 7+ miles from the airport and a good 20 minutes from anywhere. I used to stay here as it was covienient access to most places if you have a car but of no use otherwise. Now they charge to... more

Stayed here for 2 nights with my husband and young baby and wish I'd paid more for alternative accommodation. Very noisy aircraft all day and night, especially at the crack of dawn meant we had no decent sleep on both nights. If the hotel could be bothered to pay for double glazing windows this problem may be solved. The windows... more

Very noisy Jumbo jets fly directly over head all day and most of the night, the staff can't actually work anything out including operating their own house rules!! The room we tried to sleep in was old and tatty , the food was acceptable because it did stop me from starving . The free wifi did not work neither did... more

Firstly I would like to say that probably people expect more from this hotel baring in mind that this is a 3*property and you get what you pay for. The service is great and all the staff done their best to answer all my questions and to help whenever there was a need. And believe me I am the best... more

Well where do I start, I have stayed at many hotels of all stars, but I must say this was the worst one ever!!! The appearance of the block where my friends and I were booked in looked like a Hospital block. The room was very old and the bed was extremely uncomfortable. I just didn't feel comfortable in the... more

Good clean hotel with a great breakfast and good location for overnight at LHR. However the taxi cost to this hotel most notably from terminal 5 is a huge 27 pounds! The hotel has the AzA group that offers lower rates but you need to ask and get the hotel to get them to meet you at the terminal. more

Very expensive for a cheap hotel as we paid quite a bit in taxis getting to it from London and going to Heathrow the next morning. The pictures on the Internet where misleading, the bathroom was terrible. I actually couldn't help feeling very sad. Didn't feel secure at all, in fact we used one of our own padlocks on the... more

I've been staying in hotels on business for nearly 20 years now all over the UK and this hotel is easily the worst. Don't let yourself think, like I did, that the other reviews of this hotel were a little extreme, they're not. It's just not a nice place to stay. The rooms are bizarre, you walk straight into your... more

Booked this on the grounds of price - then read reviews and was really worried. It is not on the hotel hoppa route from heathrow so works out very expensive - 1st taxi trip was 20 pounds - return 12.50. Staff were lovely especially in the bar. Rooms just about ok - very battered and we had a long walk... more
