Pleasant hotel in Pinner short walk from the Main Tube to London ten minutes distance away. Had evening meal out as there are plenty of places close by. The rooms are confortable and although a listed buiding it has been tastefully refurbished and still retains its character. The staff helpful and the breakfast good but don't get up late as... more

A very interesting hotel witha lot of charm about it. It is very convenient to stay here if you want linkage to London without paying London prices. Also, fabulous rooms with all needed amenities. WOuld definitely consider visiting again. Thanks for the comfort. more

Hotel noisy. When I telephoned room service , I was advised there was no food or drink available after 11pm. Night staff on duty impolite, hostile and intimidating, found the experience quite alarming. Remember to hand key card back as extra charge of £40 will be added to account, read the small print. more

My wife and I just stayed at this property and were relatively satisfied, it is to say that we stayed in the old, main part of the building PRO: - lovely garden - old property with character - friendly staff - room fairly comfortable - quiet - breakfast quite acceptable, not a great choice but sufficient - bathroom very clean... more

I stayed here a while ago and it was fine. I then looked at the reviews, which are pretty mixed to say the last, and wondered if I had just been lucky. But I stayed again last night and again it was fine. Clean, well organised, parking a bit crowded though, nice modern room, good breakfast, good price, I think... more

Stayed for a couple of nights on business. The staff were friendly and the room I was given in the new block was good - a fair size with all the usual facilities, including an iron and ironing board in place of the pretentious and useless trouser presses often found in hotel rooms. Breakfast was OK on the whole, but... more

We were staying here as we were attending a wedding nearby and it definitely served its purpose. We had a good stay overall. The room was clean and well-appointed (I think we were in one of the newly refurbished rooms) but the bed wasn't great (the mattress was quite soft) and it was noisy at night from passing traffic. The... more

Booked this hotel as some colleagues of mine were staying there too. Two of our rooms were in the new block, very clean, spacious and quiet except the main road outside. My other colleague had a room in the main building that was absolutely the smallest room I have ever seen in my life and I stay in hotels more... more

My new wife and I were booked into this hovel for our wedding night,(this is no spelling mistake I do mean HOVEL). We arrived having had a beautiful day to be greeted by an obviously sick night manager. We checked in and were pointed in the general direction of our room. We found our room and, I have to say,... more

We stayed here on Saturday night as we were having dinner with friends in Pinner. The room we stayed in was in the new block, it was very clean, the bed was very comfortable. In the morning we went for breakfast, its buffet style/help yourself but was fine. The only criticism I would make is that the scrambled egg looked... more
