Stayed here as it was a great location to see a concert at Wembley Stadium. Loved Eastcote, good pubs and restaurants with the tube station only 10 mins walk from the hotel. The hotel was good value for money with friendly staff and a really good breakfast buffet with lots of variety. The net curtains at the windows in the... More

I was part of a wedding party who had taken all the rooms. I arrived at about 8 in the evening to check in only to find the room offered to me was not cleaned. The receptionist contacted the cleaner, and they offered me a twin when my booking was for a double, as they only had a twin left.... More

I booked a Double Deluxe room on Booking.com where I must say the reviews were good. I got there around 2:20 PM and was given room number 40. I got to the room and found that the room was not ready and the cleaning lady was still working. I waited about 10 minutes. Then I was shocked when I entered... More

I stayed here because I was working nearby - making it a convenient location. The locality doesn't have a lot of choice because it's mostly suburban houses. I mention that because the hotel would benefit from some competition. I think I paid in the region of £70-79 per night - can't remember exactly - & thought it a tad expensive.... More

Bedroom: old furniture and ancient curtains, unable to close windows fully therefore noise from nearby road, Bathroom was awful cracked washbasin a soap dish that was manky, you would need the services of a Sherpa to climb the stairs.

On approach to this hotel all I can say is 'Why didn't I book somewhere else'. The car park was empty at approximately 7pm so I thought we were the only ones going to be there. We were addressed at reception with a scruffy looking person. Which said it all. My room was at the front facing the main road.... More

Some of the rooms (like mine) can only be approached from the garden. Room and bathroom extremely small, simply inappropriate! At the same time the property is at least overpriced. The owner/operator wanted to push everything in the room just to comply, but there was no space for the guests and/or luggage.

When I arrived the reception was unmanned. After 10 mins we received an abrupt welcome from a young lady, I felt we were interrupting something more important. The stairs to the first floor were extremely narrow and uneven. Thus even with a small overnight bag the journey to my room was difficult. My room was very small, see pictures, the... More
