Bedroom was very nice, comfortable and very clean. Nothing was too much trouble. The only reason I have allocated it a 4 Star and not 5 Star is because there was just... More

Well - what a lovely bunch of people !!! We stayed for three nights as part of a group of dancers competing at the Spa. Our arrangements can be quite complicated - some of the group have early mornings, others have late nights, eating at different times can prove an issue - but from the very start nothing was too... We visited Bay Ridge at the end of September - we had visited with our children in the '70s, so included the hotel in our trip back from Australia. This is a really pleasant hotel - we visited in school term term so there were no children staying. The majority of guests were older than we are (late 60s) are... More

Lovely homely friendly hotel. Food is excellent with a good choice. There is a patio leading from back of the hotel which is a real sun trap. Sally and Stef and Ben and Sarah are lovely people . Many guests are returners including us !

This Hotel has very friendly and exceptionally helpful Proprietors and Staff for which nothing seems to be too much trouble, the food is excellent and in a lot of cases, is home cooked, rooms are clean and tidy. Entertainment is laid on on certain nights and this also is very good. If the guest or guests are in the elderly... More

Stayed at the Bayridge with my wife, son, daughter in law and grandson, we were made very welcome by all the staff. The facilities were spotless and the food very good. The hotel is very close to the beach which was ideal, and only a short distance from the harbour and town centre. We'll defiantly be back!
