We traveled for a new year break with grand uk. We had a spacious room with great sea view.the window was broken and throughout our stay the double glazing didn't work. Some of our neighbors had to stuff newspapers in the gaps for the howling draught. I never had more than tepid water at any time but it was particularly... More

I stayed some time ago. My room was massive and had a wonderful view over the Bridlington bay and coast. Exceptionally nice. Terrace was large but a bit run down as is the hotel. But then the prices reflected this. Staff were lovely. I would recommend as a budget hotel with a lovely view. Seriously lovely view.

The new double glazing leaked and the aerial had been blown from the roof! Our room was changed for a dry one before we... More

Booked a double room for one night in December. On arrival found we had been upgraded to one of their "suites". The bedroom was great. Entrance lobby, spacious bedroom with separate bathroom which was also spacious. Looked out over the sea. As it was out of season their bar was closed but were advised if we wanted to purchase drinks... More

Visited with senior friends on a half board Turkey and Tinsel weekend. Conveniently located opposite the Spa and on the sea front, the reception ,bar and dining areas are tidy and comfortable. The bedrooms are clean but in need of refurbishment, in particular the bathrooms that have rusted chrome fittings. The staff are friendly and willing, the meals suited to... More

Who ever the owners of this Hotel are they should hang on to them for dear life. Brilliant personalities,,Mark especially. The waitresses worked so hard and food was always hot. Bedrooms clean.stairs a trial.one lift.94stairs to our room. Would go again and would recommend. But hope the staff still there, they made it a happy memory.
