A great place to stay. A spacious room and ens suite to match. Quiet and friendly. It is about 2 minutes walk from the beach and 15 minutes from the main arcades and rides on the northern part. If you are a golfer it is also ideally located for the golf course.

Just had a great overnight stay at the Burlington on the way back from Whitby. Nigel and Carol made us very welcome and even moved their car to give us a parking space right outside. The guest house is extremely well maintained and room number 3 has the biggest ensuite bathroom I have ever seen. Apparently it used to be... More

After reading the reviews for the Burlington Quays I had no hesitation at booking an overnight stay. Carol gave us a warm friendly welcome to her beautiful home. She showed us to our room which was really spacious with a huge bathroom, both very clean and with a lovely comfy bed. The whole guest house has a spacious, comfortable feel... More

We were a group of 8 and right from the first call on availability to signing out our thanks this was once again a fantastic couple of days. Nothing was too much to ask, the rooms were spotless... This is the second time we've stayed at the Burlington, this time for a wedding nearby. The location is great, just 2 mins from the beach and 10 mins from the harbour but situated in a nice quiet road with ample parking. Nigel and Carol go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and nothing is any trouble. The... More

Carol, Nigel and Amy are wonderful, friendly hosts in this lovely B&B two minutes from the sea. The rooms are large, clean and well equipped. We are return customers and would recommend this as a very comfortable, homely place to stay. The breakfasts are always first class and nothing is too much trouble. We enjoyed a snack at Rags down...
