Stayed here for the weekend with the family and had a great time. The owners saved us a parking space outside and were very friendly and welcoming. They quickly showed us to our room which was on the top floor, the room was very spacious and the beds were incredibly comfy and had all the usual amenities. The bathroom was... More

We only stayed one night but will certainly bear it in mind when looking to stay longer. The outside of the building was very well presented and the welcome was absolutely lovely. The room was spotless. There is only one word for the breakfast the next morning and that is -excellent. Well presented and well cooked. Would certainly recommend this... More

Arrived 6th June at around 1.30pm. Made to feel very welcome by Nigel & Carol, who asked if we'd like a tea or coffee as soon as we arrived. The room we stayed in had a double & a single bed, with it's own bathroom. Very clean, with tea & coffee making facilities. Location is only about 100 yards from... More

Got back from a week in France for a one night stay at the Burlington Quays and wish it had been for the week. A warm friendly greeting from the hosts Carol and Nigel before showing us to our room. Nothing was too much trouble! Even the lone of a brolly as we headed to the spa to see the... More

Booked because we were off to a gig at the Spa. The hotel is 5 mins away with parking outside. The beach is at the end of the road - 2 minutes, tops. We received a lovely welcome with a quick offer of a cup of tea. The room was very comfortable with a double bed and a single bed... More

Without doubt this B&B is the best I have ever stayed in with a warm and inviting atmosphere the moment you go through the door. The bedrooms were spacious, light and airy and, more importantly, they were scrupulously clean. The beds themselves were really comfortable ... in fact the furnishings looked like new. Carol and Nigel couldn't have been more... More

A great place to stay. A spacious room and ens suite to match. Quiet and friendly. It is about 2 minutes walk from the beach and 15 minutes from the main arcades and rides on the northern part. If you are a golfer it is also ideally located for the golf course.

Just had a great overnight stay at the Burlington on the way back from Whitby. Nigel and Carol made us very welcome and even moved their car to give us a parking space right outside. The guest house is extremely well maintained and room number 3 has the biggest ensuite bathroom I have ever seen. Apparently it used to be... More
