Carol, Nigel and Amy are wonderful, friendly hosts in this lovely B&B two minutes from the sea. The rooms are large, clean and well equipped. We are return customers and would recommend this as a very comfortable, homely place to stay. The breakfasts are always first class and nothing is too much trouble. We enjoyed a snack at Rags down... A group of us from Brassneck Theatre Leeds stay here once a year when we visit the NODA Conference. We always look forward to spending a few days with Carol and Nigel, our brilliant hosts. They make us so welcome, it is like home from home and we are all sorry when we have to leave. The rooms are spotless... More

As I only live a short drive away from Bridlington, an overnight stay has never been needed until I attended an event at the Spa and didn't want the late night drive back. We were undecided about staying until we had the pleasure of talking with Carol over the phone who swayed our decision. Our actual stay was perfect with... More

This is the most un-proffesional business service I have ever experienced. Be very carefull when phoning this establishment, the owner has a lot of personal problems that she is obviously not dealing with very well. I phoned to enquire about a room for two members of staff for a four day duration. She proceeded to tell me that the 1st... More

Please read all of our other reviews on this site and make up your own mind. This lady has not stayed at the Burlington Quays so cannot comment on the standard of our Guest House. She was extremely rude on the telephone and basically wanted a room for less than half price! Her comments bear little resemblance to the actual... More

Breakfast was excellent, both quality and quantity, with a choice of menu, plus the usual tea coffee and fruit juice. A lovely guest house,we would recommend a stay and we will definately... More

My husband and I have just returned from a one night stay in Burlington Quay in Bridlington. We were greeted warmly, offered a cup of tea after our journey and shown to room 2 which was lovely, clean and comfortable. We arrived late and as most eating places close about 9.30pm the host offered to run us to town to get... We spent 2 nights at Burlington Quays for a birding trip to the RSPB reserve at Bempton Cliffs. We arrived on the Sunday afternoon while the Diamond Jubilee river pageant was on TV.
