Our York Family stayed at the Swallow overnight for a Spa concert (only a few yards away) and were made to feel at home with Paul & Ludwig . Great clean rooms and the breakfast was out of this world. Outstanding B&B

Wonderful place to stay clean and fresh, great hosts and a brilliant and filling breakfast. Rooms nice n warm and quiet. Went for an Elkie Brooks concert at the Spa which is on the doorstep. Paul and Lou are terrific hosts and nothing is any trouble to them. Fantastic B&B.

We were attending a weekend convention and booked this hotel because of its close proximity to the Spa.Excellent choice. We had a lovely warm, spacious bedroom with a spotless and well appointed shower room and a side sea view to allow us to watch some scarily big waves. So glad the Spa was only a few yards across the road.Breakfasts were lovely;... Having used another hotel for a few times we attended the September dance festival at the Spa and were so glad we changed to this hotel. The location and parking were ideal as were the room and facilities. The breakfast was superb and the owners were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Well done!!!

We only live up the road in Scarborough but as we had tickets for a show at the Spa we decided to make a night of it and stay over. The location of the b&b with its own parking only 100 metres from the front door of the Spa was absolutely perfect. After a lovely welcome from one of the... More

We stayed at the Swallow for one night to take in a show at the nearby Spa Royal Hall and were greeted by Lou. This is a friendly, informal small hotel. Lou provided us with all the information we needed for our stay. All rooms have en-suite facilities and we were allotted rooms on the second floor. The rooms with... More

We stayed here a few years back now, being a Canadian in England for the first time, it was a wonderful experienced. The fellas who owned the hotel were awesome! The beds were fantastic, and I LOVED the newness of the bathrooms. This hotel has been a HUGE part of English visit, when we tell others of our trip. We... More
