Well what to write ! Had very conflicting emotions about this hotel . Recently gave a cleaner more modern travelodge a 2 star . This has a list of complaints as long as your arm attached to it ! My wife and I stayed one night while visiting friends in Crowthorne. The room was booked with laterooms.com so it was £70 for a double including breakfast, which isn't too bad for the area at all. Hotel staff are very helpful and friendly. Our bedroom was roomy and comfortable and the evening meal in the restaurant was good even thought it was a limited menu. Was in Crowthorne for a conference. Booked the Waterloo Hotel on recommendation. Booking and check in were very quick and straightforward. The room was small but the bed was comfortable. Not bad, but a little dated and bar prices for a evening drinks are way too high, hence nobody in the bar! Breakfast too expensive too - just pop to the local cafe and save some money. WiFi was poor in my room too, not ideal for a business trip.

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights in mid September. Our first room was dirty with a lumpy bed and no electricity!
