Glad to be home. Room 63 worst smell ever. Carpets so stained and the smell had to buy air freshners. We were on a 4day 3 night stay unfortunetly with National Coach trip. Yes lovely pictures of jacuzzi and pool but going back to that room was the worst. Whole place needs refurbish. And yes there are lot of asylum... More

We were staying for one night prior to transfering to their sister hotel where we were parking for eight nights. The hotel is in desperately need of refurbishment, wardrobe doors taken off, wall lights hanging off. We had paid for a package of dinner with wine, overnight accommodation and eight days parking. We arrived for dinner at approximately 7.45, the... More

Horrible hotel, full of illegal immigrants paid for by you and me, disgrace!! Avoid at all costs, £60 for an overnight stay in a dump, pictures online of the pool etc look nothing like the actual hotel and when we arrived there was 3 illegal immigrants crowded up outside the entrance, not nice!!

Large budget hotel on the outskirts of Stockport, reasonably price and caters for large groups. Good for a stop off on your way to Manchester airport. Pool and leisure facilities available. The night I stayed there were a number of coach loads of people on their way some where and bingo being played in the bar?? The room was relatively... More

I came here for a 3 night stay for work. On entering the room, I did not want to take my boots off for the state of the carpet. Stained and scuffed. Poor state of repair. The rest of the room wasn't much better. Lots of damp, stains and burns on the walls. Bathroom had lots of mould in places... More

What a joke... looks like an 80s version of the tv show benidorm without the sunshine. Smells of a combination of smoke and dust and fixtures and fittings are like something from antiques in the attic. We stayed as we were at Manchester airport the next day and as we were leaving early we arranged for some cereal to be... More

After reading the reviews for this hotel I was dreading my overnight stay here as part of an Urquarts tour. However I found this hotel to be more than adequate and the food (evening dinner and breakfast) was very nicely presented, with a good choice of tasty food. My room was pretty dated with old soft furnishings and an ancient... More

This establishment is so dated it's caught in a time warp . It's very disappointing , I'm a contractor so I've seen my fair share of b&b & I was disappointed with this place .not even cheap & cheerful ... be warned families .
