As an employee of travelodgr myself I understand the pressures of excellent customer services. On arrival the young man at reception was cheerful an extremely helpful. Couldn't fault him. A credit to the hotel. Rude I know but cannot spell his name but it began with T. Stay was very comfy an room was good. Only criticism would be an... More

Very nice clean comfortable room with good facilities no air conditioning so it can get a bit uncomfortable on a warm night but in general a good value for money room however I did not appreciate the fact that I had to pay £3 extra to park my car in the hotel car park I am sure that this charge... Where do I start?? With the bed bugs, the vomit stains or complete disregard for customer service? This place is a disgrace!! I stayed there as an overnight stop with my baby daughter and partner and had expected it to be basic for the £39 I paid but I have stayed in hostels better than this pitiful excuse for a... More

Drove from Stirling and Got there on Friday night around 8:30. Checked in and checked the room as we were having something to eat in the pub next door. We had booked 3 adults and my 4 year old grandson. The room was only prepared for 3 but the lovely lady at reception was so apologetic. She made a new... More

The bed was very comfortable, got a better sleep in it than my own bed. You have to pay a small amount for Wireless, but the speed and connection is very good. Decent location, next to an ASDA so any supplies you need, it's just a 30 second walk away. Nice and quiet, other guests were respectable. The staff were... More

The staff were friendly and helpful. My room was on the ground floor and was lovely and clean. Bed was comfy and had great sleep as was very quiet location. Handy having pub next door as well. Only used this a a place to crash as was at events weekend but would return.

Usually stay at the premier inn milnrow but decided to stay here this visit while visiting family in Bamford. As the 3 nights stay came out at a much better price. A special mention to Lisa the receptionist who couldn't do enough for us. She was very welcoming . Her customer service skills were excellent. She recommended where to eat... More

We always book into this Travelodge whenever we are visiting the area as it's well maintained, decent location, lovely staff and plenty of parking onsite. We've recommended it to a number of people already :)

Stayed here one night as working locally. Absolute standard travelodge, clean tidy etc. Paying for parking is annoying, it's not a city centre area whatsoever it's a trading estate so this should be complimentary I feel. Only £3.00 but still. No restaurant facilities onsite but ncdonalds and chain pub within 2 minutes walk. Staff as always pleasant and professional. I... More

Many thanks for your feedback. It is great to hear that you found our staff were professional on this occasion and that you found your room was clean and tidy. We can confirm that the car park at this Travelodge is run by a company called APCOA and we regrettably cannot control the tariff of the car park. We hope... More

Stayed here for two nights and good value for money. Beds and room comfortable and clean. Staff are friendly and helpful too which is nice. Thurs night there was so much noise from the trading estate that we couldn't have the window open so it was incredibly hot !. Friday night the noise level was left but the motorway noise... More
