We chose this B&B as we were attending a wedding nearby, we were slightly concerned as we pulled into an industrial estate..... However, once inside the B&B we were greeted warmly by the owner, and his lovely dog and shown to our room. We were in room 2 which was very comfy, clean, and perfectly adequate. The bed was very... The hosts were pleasant and helpful the double room was clean and comfortable, towels supplied, ensuite with shower no bath. Tea and coffee suppied in room. Room was warm. Courtyard at the... More

On our arrival we were warmly greeted by the owner Helen, she showed us to our rooms and explained the breakfast times and the door keys. Our room no 7 was on the ground floor facing the road the beds were very comfortable and very clean, and there was an ample amount of hanging and draw space. The on-suit had... More

Stayed here for one night and at the last minute remembered about asking for gluten free breakfast - hosts went out of their way to ensure there was toast for me. Our double ensuite room was lovely - well appointed and definitely better than anything offered from chains at the same price. Would highly recommend.

The owners here were really friendly & helpful. Rooms were lovely & clean. Brekky was gorgeous. We had a shared toilet & bathroom that again was very clean. Great value for money, £40 per night for us both.
