I stayed in the newer part of the building for 3 nights. The room was quite well presented but had lots of dust/fluff around the edges of the furniture and around the carpet at the skirting. I was greeted by a spider hurtling up the mattress onto the pillow when I pulled back the duvet on the first night, although... More

This is a strange sort of a Hotel, comprising of a very nice old part of the building and a not so nice flat roofed newer part. The location is very nice but the Hotel needs updating both inside and out. The room that we had was a good size and the furniture although not great was adequate, the wifi... More

Overall our stay was fine , the hotel in parts is a bit dated ( for some reason it reminded me of Crossroads ) , the bed was a bit hard. Friendly staff , good breakfast , lunch was good but service very slow , 20 minutes for our drinks to arrive when the bar area was very quiet. I... More

Lovely hotel. Very impressed with room, only slight complaint was the pillows were rubbish! Otherwise very comfortable. Used the pool which was lovely and warm and nice changing rooms. There was also a sauna, jacuzzi and steam room which I didn't try. Excellent restaurant. Very helpful and thoroughly enjoyed the food. They have some great deals advertised too.

This a reasonable hotel, although relatively expensive. Stayed here with 3 others on business travel. Room was cold on arrival, reasonably comfortable, but did not feel that welcomed! I did not stay for dinner, but had breakfast which was a self service, but very nice. Rated 3 stars given the cost was quite expensive compared to other hotels

Welcome to our English Summer, I cannot promise a Grand Cayman 31 degrees today but judging by the open doors and windows this week your fellow guests are finding our rooms just a little too warm this week. Our heating does go on twice a day just to maintain a comfortable environment and we do provide portable heating for guests... More

We stayed for 2 nights and thought the hotel was more centred around the weddings that were on than the residential guests! Dirty walls, missing toilet flushes and ripped net curtains. Dusty rooms and tiny kettles. The windows are single glazed and let in all the noise from the weddings. Breakfast was poor and the staff were rude and obviously... More

It would be fair to say as Winner of West Midlands Wedding Venue of the year and over 50 weddings booked this year you will more than likely encounter a wedding party if you stay at a weekend at Stourport Manor, but we also look after couples, families, business travellers and tourists in great volumes as well. Your room was... More

We attended a wedding at this venue this weekend. The Entertainment Manager, Mark Robinson, was absolutly brilliant and as a consequence the entire afternoon and evening ran smoothly. He oversaw the whole event with a friendly but very efficient attitude and nothing was too much trouble. The hotel was very clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. The beds... More

I have been staying here on a regular basis for work and can highly recommend the hotel. The rooms are spacious and the beds fantastically comfy. The staff are very friendly and extremely helpful. The menu can be a little limited but that maybe makes up for quality as the food is always first class. Good selection at breakfast. There... More

My family and I have just had a 2-night stay here and we are very happy with both the hotel and the staff. We got stuck in motorway gridlock and as a result arrived 3 hours later than expected. Having pre-booked dinner for 8, and mindful of the normal check-in times, we called ahead to advise the hotel that we... More
