Wallpaper peeling off the bedroom wall with very little paint on the window No air conditioning in the room, we had a west facing room and the window only opened 6 inch so the room was like an oven Made to sit in a windowless back room in the dinning, with a very dirty floor The breakfast was good

Friendly and helpful staff, and hotel in lovely spacious grounds. We stayed at the hotel midweek, and unfortunately they had coach parties staying and hotel was full. The coach parties take over the restaurant and are served first. We had a long wait for every part of our order for dinner, we were annoyed! Same for breakfast next morning, we... More

I recently stayed here with my partner, on a Friday night, for a little break. This hotel Is hidden away and almost feels in the middle of nowhere. When first approaching the hotel, it looks slightly dated and a bit worn down towards the older part of the building, however I quite enjoyed the effect and it looked pretty and... More

Excellent 2 night stay at this hotel. Was worried to start with especially looking at other reviews, but really pleased we stayed. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. Young Pete the new barman went out of his way to help. Lovely weather, lovely grounds, nice bar area, room was very clean, would definitely stay here again. Did not use... More

This was our second visit to Stourport Manor and we loved it even more. Our daughter, her partner and little girl had their first experience of the hotel and facilities. They like us loved it. Tia our little one used the pool for the first time in her life and was so thrilled by her encounter. With it being quiet... More

Stayed for a friends wedding, staff seemed friendly and the room was nice, however the service tended to be slow, especially at breakfast when we had all finished our buffet breakfast and were ready to leave when our tea and coffee finally arrived (and the coffee ruined and full of grounds as it had been plunged too fast).

Horrible experience. Stayed over two nights with 3 month old baby to visit friends and relatives. Hotel is old, smells musty and staff are generally rude. Shower head did not work properly. Restaurant / bar was poor quality, glass of wine contained a white goop which was described by the barman as "well you can't get all of them clean".... More

After securing a Lastminute.com booking for 2 nights B&B we contacted hotel after noting Travel Tips suggesting King and single bedroom allocation. We were welcomed by a friendly receptionist who had allocated a family room located in the modern extension of the hotel. The corridor off the reception was rather uninspiring more akin to a prison corridor dim and poorly lit.... More

Stayed in May 2014 whilst on business, booked online and check in was very easy. Plenty of onsite car parking. Room was clean and tidy. Bathroom was clean however slightly tired and the grout and sealant around tiles and bath need replacing.. However I stress not dirty. The room was on ground floor and very quiet. Ate from the bar...
