Nice hotel right in the heart of Kidderminster 10 mins away from West Midlands safari park the reason for our visit. Restaurant and main reception is on the 4th floor so to check in you have to go in a lift to the top floor to get your card to access your room. We couldn't go into the restaurant for... More

Ok so this is a budget hotel but raised to a higher plain by staff who appeared to genuinely care both for the guests, and their roles without being false. We had an excellent room that was so quiet for a city centre, clean, ok basic , but these hotels play an important role and as here when the basics... More

Comfortable and well equipped room. Excellent service at check-in and at breakfast. Menu choice at dinner very limited, but food ordered was more than adequate. Service received exceeded expectations.

Exactly what you expect from a premier inn. Clean room, comfy bed and nice nights sleep! The restaurant doesn't have a kids menu but it is in a retail park so there is a Pizza Hut, frankie and bennies and macdonalds for food we didn't use it! Breakfast seemed quite pricey £9 especially when you can get one from the... More

A huge converted wharf building near the centre of Kidderminster, rather than the usual out of town, modern, bespoke Premier Inn. Building is lovely, but hotel entrance is on the ground floor and the Reception Desk on the top floor. It's all a bit back to front. Rooms are ok (look for a 3rd floor room, on the rive side).... Smallest room we have encountered at a Premier Inn (room 110). Loads of noise coming from floor above which we assumed must have been restaurant kitchen?? Bed most uncomfortable Premier Inn bed we have ever slept in. Surely not a Hypnos bed? If it was, the springs are so noisy on the right hand side and bed so hard that... More

I'm very impressed at the refurbishment that has taken place on this building and it now houses a Premier Inn providing reliable good quality accommodation. We stayed for one night in mid March and were very impressed with all the aspects of our stay, we had a great nights sleep, the hotel is centrally located and easily accessible. Based in... More

I often stay in a Premier Inn when away so know exactly what I'm going to get but this one exceeded my expectations. The rooms are lovely and make the most of being in a listed building. The location is perfect for visiting the West Midlands Safari Park, which is only a 10 minute drive. I didn't eat in the... More

Well what can one say about this hotel. Very good location and clean hotel. Shame the hotel does not have a decent bar and restaurant but very good breakfast. Hotel could do with a small mini bar as most hotels provide one these days as it is called Premier Inn. Will stay there again depending on prices at the time.... More

We stayed over a weekend to go to the steam fair on the Severn Railway. We have stayed at a few different premier inns and they are all similar, beds comfortable, rooms clean and well maintained, staff very helpful. The only thing we didn't like about this one is there is no proper bar area, they only sell bottles, so... More
