Great location! Good size family room with extra 2 beds for my children, very good for the price I paid. Ideal hotel for family if visiting WMS. Great breakfast -eat as much as you can. Pay and display car parking is just infront of the hotel.

We have used this Premier Inn on several occasions as an overnight stop on our way to visit friends. It is very easy to find, well located on a small retail park with Pizza Hut, Macdonalds & Starbucks nearby, and the rooms are very clean and modern, as is the whole building which has been well converted from a mill.... This Premier Inn is one of the best I've stayed in. Beautiful building in a great location if you're after shops, restaurants and a canal walk! Not free parking though as located within a retail area and is public pay and display. The staff were SO jolly, friendly and helpful it was refreshing. The room seemed bigger than usual. Light... Fantastic hotel in great location. Staff are so friendly - couldn't do more to help. The hotel is very clean and well maintained and the rooms were enormous. I travelled with two children and in our room we had a double bed and two single beds and there was plenty if room for the children to play. The bathrooms were... More

Excellent staff & service. Perfect location for visiting our family. Good, clean room - simple but totally fit for purpose. Paying for wifi and car-parking minor irritations only. Outstanding breakfast (pricey though!) but evening menu very limited.

This was not your usual Premier Inn. It is in a converted mill in a Shopping Centre. The conversion was tastefully done. The breakfast room was nicely decorated, The usual good breakfast was supplied with the usual efficiency. Choise of places to have dinner.

Stayed here for one night in a family room with 2 young children. It was one of the nicest Premier Inn hotels I have stayed at - the staff were really friendly and couldn't be more helpful, the room was great and really spacious & clean and a great choice at breakfast in the morning. We ate dinner at the... More

Love Premier Inns when they are in old converted buildings. This one is just that. An Old Carpet Mill. Steeped in history which really adds to the visit. Staff were first class and really pleased to talk about the history of the place and the town - much appreciated. Definitely would stay again. Menu a bit restricted but wasn't a... More
