Hotel nicely situated just off the ring road in a fairly pleasant spot, with adjacent pub-restaurant; just as well as Kidderminster itself is a miserable soul-less dump of a place. Everything fine inside, except that the mattresses had the comfort level of a cobbled street; I did complain to the manageress the following morning and received a refund.

Easy to get to and convenient for W Midlands attractions. The hotel is modern, v clean and the staff are the most friendly & enthusiastic I have encountered- nothing is a problem.
