We stayed at the Brockencote Hall Country House for a couple of nights while visiting relatives in Kidderminster/Quarry Bank. This is one of the most beautiful hotels in which I have ever stayed. The hotel was such a great surprise to find in such a remote location in England. It is an old English country house that is elegantly appointed... More

Large room (The Cedar, room 12), comfortable bed, lovely views, luxurious bathroom, Molten Brown toiletries plus complimentary water and snacks in the fridge. Superb restaurant with two menu streams and prices, not cheap but well worth it. Overall an excellent stay and well recommended.

We held our wedding at brockencote hall and as per their contract we had to have the full hotel for the night but what a hotel and what service. All the rooms whether they are the stunning feature rooms in the main hou or the recently refurbished rooms in the "annex" are of the highest standards and have beautiful views... More

Me and my wife got married at brockencote on 17th August. The hotel is stunning and the views over the countryside are fantastic. The whole day was perfect. Lucy and her team were very good and nothing was too much. They looked after us really well. The service at our wedding breakfast was superb and the food very good. The... More

Stayed here for one night. From the very beginning the staff were so helpful - I even got a free upgrade to a lovely dual aspect room. The hotel is set in very picturesque grounds, with a pond full of geese and a field full of sheep. My room was fantastic, very spacious and well equipped with thoughtful extras such... More

We have just arrived home after spending a fantastic night at Brockencote Hall celebrating our wedding anniversary. We couldn't be happier with our stay. From arrival to check out, everything has been spot on. The staff are all friendly, courteous, well-trained and efficient. Our room was beautiful - we had room 6 at the front of the hotel - with... We were upgraded automatically (no reason). We were treated like a king and queen. We have never before stayed in such a generous, friendly, courteous, details-driven small hotel. To say we were impressed is speaking too lightly about the last two days. I had been sent a 'preference-form' beforehand and everything was included, free, in our huge rooms (and more!).... More

We stayed at the Brockencote over three months ago. You may wonder why it has taken me so long to write a review. It is because I don't want anyone else to go, I want to keep this wonderful place a secret all to myself. Selfish I know but it is so special, simply because they make you feel special.... More

This stay was different from our previous ones. We had a family party for four days, with guests ranging in number from 23 to 30 people, and in age from 20 months to 96 years. Everyone very much enjoyed themselves, commenting on how lovely the surroundings are, how helpful and friendly the staff (nothing was too much trouble), and how excellent... More

We do not hesitate to recommend this delightful hotel. A superlative rural setting. Our room was perfect, clean, all facilities modern and sparkling. A warm welcome. A memorable dinner by an excellent, imaginative chef. A great nights sleep. Full English breakfast. What more could one ask?
