We stayed at the Brockencote over three months ago. You may wonder why it has taken me so long to write a review. It is because I don't want anyone else to go, I want to keep this wonderful place a secret all to myself. Selfish I know but it is so special, simply because they make you feel special.... More

This stay was different from our previous ones. We had a family party for four days, with guests ranging in number from 23 to 30 people, and in age from 20 months to 96 years. Everyone very much enjoyed themselves, commenting on how lovely the surroundings are, how helpful and friendly the staff (nothing was too much trouble), and how excellent... More

We do not hesitate to recommend this delightful hotel. A superlative rural setting. Our room was perfect, clean, all facilities modern and sparkling. A warm welcome. A memorable dinner by an excellent, imaginative chef. A great nights sleep. Full English breakfast. What more could one ask?

We had our wedding, at Brockencote Hall in march- it is the most perfect hotel we have stayed in, and we have been to a fair few!! The staff are so friendly and helpful, and our wedding was just perfect! It was relaxing and the staff couldn't do enough for us! The rooms are spacious, clean and so beautifully kept,... More

Lovely rooms! Stayed the night after our friends' wedding, absolutely beautiful rooms with excellent service! Super facilities in the countryside, would definitely recommend and would stop again, although our room was boiling even with all the windows wide open which meant had an early morning wake up call from the sheep!

We stayed here for 3 nights while visiting friends nearby. It is a beautiful building and we had a room at the front. All you could hear were the lambs at night. Everything was tastefully done to a very high standard and the service was excellent. Very comfortable bed, excellent breakfast. Slight downside for me was although it is set... More

Stayed here recently for a business meeting and this hotel really is outstanding. The long sweeping drive the stunning lakeside location, this property sits nestled between farmland and trees and is simply outstanding Check in was quick and easy and I was shown to my room on the second floor. My room was beautiful with a huge oversized bed and... More

We had a weekend visit here booking via 'Secret Escapes'. This hotel exceeded expectation. From the greeting to checkout everything was perfect. Our room was one of the nicest I have stayed in. Double aspect windows, beautiful fireplace, gorgeous bathroom. The list goes on. However it's the detail that makes a stay special. Homemade biscuits on arrival. Nespresso machine, fruit... More

We stayed overnight here for one night after a friends wedding (also at the same venue) and were very impressed. The journey up the drive way is like something from a Jane Austin novel with lambs and sheep roaming the grounds and a lake. The venue is beautiful and the rooms refurbished to very high standards. We stayed in a... More
