It starts with your initial impression, this is how we judge everything! First the driveway, then the impressive building. Upon entering the hotel I was greeted by courteous staff who both showed me to my room and also explained where everything was. The room was great with a big bathroom, the best of everything in terms of furnishings and toiletries.... More

We spent four days at Brockencote at the end of a 2 week trip to England. We chose it as we wanted somewhere reasonably handy for both Heathrow and the North West as we were meeting friends and we wanted somewhere with great food (last year stayed at The Samling in Windemere which was epic) I negotiated a deal for... My partner brought me to Brockencote hall for my birthday, our stay was perfect the staff were really attentive and polite, the food was just delicious. There was a live band on which was lovely great atmosphere. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

We stayed at the Brockencote Hall Country House for a couple of nights while visiting relatives in Kidderminster/Quarry Bank. This is one of the most beautiful hotels in which I have ever stayed. The hotel was such a great surprise to find in such a remote location in England. It is an old English country house that is elegantly appointed... More

Large room (The Cedar, room 12), comfortable bed, lovely views, luxurious bathroom, Molten Brown toiletries plus complimentary water and snacks in the fridge. Superb restaurant with two menu streams and prices, not cheap but well worth it. Overall an excellent stay and well recommended.

We held our wedding at brockencote hall and as per their contract we had to have the full hotel for the night but what a hotel and what service. All the rooms whether they are the stunning feature rooms in the main hou or the recently refurbished rooms in the "annex" are of the highest standards and have beautiful views... More

Me and my wife got married at brockencote on 17th August. The hotel is stunning and the views over the countryside are fantastic. The whole day was perfect. Lucy and her team were very good and nothing was too much. They looked after us really well. The service at our wedding breakfast was superb and the food very good. The... More

Stayed here for one night. From the very beginning the staff were so helpful - I even got a free upgrade to a lovely dual aspect room. The hotel is set in very picturesque grounds, with a pond full of geese and a field full of sheep. My room was fantastic, very spacious and well equipped with thoughtful extras such... More

We have just arrived home after spending a fantastic night at Brockencote Hall celebrating our wedding anniversary. We couldn't be happier with our stay. From arrival to check out, everything has been spot on. The staff are all friendly, courteous, well-trained and efficient. Our room was beautiful - we had room 6 at the front of the hotel - with... We were upgraded automatically (no reason). We were treated like a king and queen. We have never before stayed in such a generous, friendly, courteous, details-driven small hotel. To say we were impressed is speaking too lightly about the last two days. I had been sent a 'preference-form' beforehand and everything was included, free, in our huge rooms (and more!).... More
