My husband treated me to a weekend here for my 60th birthday and I honestly couldn't have wished for anything nicer. The hotel has a charm, elegance and air of calm which has sadly been lost from much of modern life. The rooms are superb. The communal lounge complete with log fire overlooking the spacious grounds and a field of... more

A long drive takes you to the car park directly in front of the hotel. Well turned out and uniformed staff welcome you and offer to bring in luggage etc before taking you to your room. The room was al that we expected - beautifully clean. Great bed and bathroom (4 poster and whirlpool!). Large lounge for pre-dinner drinks with... more

Lovely setting and all looks beautiful, all staff were very friendly towards us. We arrived for a two night stay dressed casually and driving a small car. Atmosphere is rather starchy and we agree with another comment, that the average client age is around 60 yrs. We enjoyed the room and spa bath, but on the first morning we waited... more

My husband and I recently got married at Brockencote Hall and then stayed the night, as did many of our guests. I honestly could not fault anything about the whole experience. The organisation of the day was excellent, and we certainly enjoyed the food, but what really stood out to us was the service which was flawless. The hotel rooms... more

Just returned after an overnight stay and for our friend's celebration birthday lunch. The food was delicious and the dining room beautifully appointed. Service was impeccable. Our room was gorgeous and well stocked with goodies (Molton Brown toiletries and huge fluffy bathrobes). Felt like we had been invited to stay with old friends in a glorious country house. Would recommend... more

Our overall stay here was very positive. The setting is gorgeous, especially when the weather is warm. First impressions of the hotel are very good as well; the facade and foyer area are all very 'country estate', yet the service standard is of a proper hotel and not your average country house/b&b. When we arrived on the first night, we... more

We stayed (for the second time) for Christmas from 24th - 27th December 2008. The whole experience, from arrival until departure was superb. The bedroom had been refurbished since our last stay and the bathroom was even more luxurious than previously. The bedroom was very spacious with lovely decor. The sherry decanter was replenished each day, we had a nice... more

This is an amazing hotel just outside Kidderminster. The location is great. The staff really helpful and the rooms amazing. We only had breakfast but the food was wonderful. My only negative would be that a cheaper evening meal option would have been appreciated. more

We visited for our wedding anniversary, not our first time at Brockencote but again everything exceeded expectations. We booked easily and things were promptly confirmed by email. There was a special offer of two night for the price of one so we took advantage of that, more time to relax!! The greeting and service were superb. Marcin sorted out a... more

There’s no doubt that overall this hotel has some excellent reviews and that’s why we were very surprised and disappointed that we had no response when we tried to book directly with the hotel. Our contact details had been passed to the hotel directly as we wanted attend and stay for a special event being held there. Despite three phone... more
