Visited on Sunday for a meal on the recomendation of our B&B owners down the road. The Pun is quite traditional in style with some good hand drawn Ciders and Beers on. Some local brews too. Service was efficient and pleasant. The food is good and mainly home cooked from what I could tell (apart from Frozen Chips which unfortunatly... More

We went once and then went back every night to drink and eat. Nice real ales and wine. Do try the Russian style food. They even did a special, not on the menu, on our last night. How's that for service. Top place. Olde Worlde sort of pub. And kisses to Oliver the little dog!!! We will be back!!!

What can I say I only stayed the one night and that was enough. Over priced for the accommodation offered. The room was fine if you enjoy cold showers. If you want to watch TV be prepared for the signal to come and go. It is easy to walk into town and there are establishments there offering a wider choice... More

This review is unacceptable as the customer has exaggerated and in so doing told lies. For example no hot water the hot water takes a little while to get there and there is a notice in the room to that effect. He says there was a problem with the TV signal we have asked all guests staying in the room... More

It would be unfair of me to say too much about this establishment as I was hardly on the premises long enough to give it a decent review, but the short experience I had left me happy enough to avail myself again, should circumstance prevail. Pleasant reception, smart, clean well appointed room, everything I needed to hand, a comfortable night's... More

Lovely olde worlde hotel. Clean, comfortable, warm and cosy. Set in a great spot just a couple of minutes walk from the town centre. Quite lively pub downstairs, accommodation upstairs was gained through a secure key code. No noise at all from the pub, deeply carpeted corridors meant no noise from other guests either. Good shower, with comfy bed and... More

We stayed overnight on Saturday 15th March and had a lovely time. Nice people, lots of character, exceptionally clean and great breakfast. Fully reccommend - lots of pubs and restaurants within walking distance too!

If you want a bland faceless hotel with no personality and no personalities this is not the place for you. If you want a quirky, cosy, homely old English Inn with the smell of logs burning to greet you when you arrive after a long drive through the wind and rain, then I can strongly recommend The Woodcolliers! I arrived at... More

Quaint from the outside and even more so inside. Three wood stoves burning away, the sweet smell of logs and a warm cosy nook of a place to sit and while away the hours drinking from an array of good beers. The food is all home cooked and as it says on the menu...NO MICROWAVE!. Delightfully friendly and a pleasure to... More

I used the Woodcolliers for the first time on Satyrday night as an opportunity to spend a night away with my girlfriend. Settled in a quiet corner of the pituresque Georgian town of Bewdley was the Woodcolliers,a beautiful charming Inn. We were shown to our room which was full of character, very clean, well presented and comfortable. There was fresh... More

Mixed feelings about this place. On the positive the rooms are great and the pub which they are above has great character and serves a good selection whether you're a real ale drinker or prefer wine. Open fires, and snug areas. The push button access to the rooms is secure, but because the entrance is via the pub you are... More
