A Georgian house, beautifully and tastefully furnished in lovely location the interesting and charming bygone town of Bewdley with its plethora of pubs, restaurants, museum and river frontage to say nothing of the railway. Better still, Judith is a no nonsense, efficient and well organised yet friendly host. Nothing ever seemed to be too much trouble. The rooms are very... More

My partner and I were delighted with our experience when staying for a short break at Kateshill House. The room was superb - everything you could wish for and more. Attention to detail was second to none. Breakfast was very good indeed and service helpful and friendly too. We certainly couldn't have wished for more during our brief visit. We... More

We stayed just one night in the lovely double-aspect Tudor Room on the top floor. Lovely views out over the immaculate grounds and beyond. Beautifully equipped room and bathroom, tea and scones on arrival and an excellent breakfast (try the smoked salmon and scrambled egg!) the next morning. Most definitely one of the very best B&B we have had anywhere.

A family group of eight of us stayed here to celebrate my father's 85th birthday. The stay was the most luxurious home from home, as this b and b is a beautiful historical building which has been refurbished lavishly. Both the communal areas and the bedrooms are spacious and decorated beautifully and individually. The bedrooms have a real wow factor.... More

We have recently discovered Wolsey lodges and Kateshill house is without doubt the best we have stayed in. Judith and graham are excellent hosts, nothing is too much trouble and the standard of accomodation and breakfast first class. We sadly were only booked in for one night but will definitely return. All the bedrooms are spacious, luxuriously furnished with stunning... More

Having stayed there before in one of the smaller rooms we decided to stay again. We booked over the bank holiday weekend and had to stay for 2 nights as this was their only option . On arrival we had a warm welcome .Our room was lovely & over looked the garden . Bathroom a little dated & the shower... More

As I run a hotel myself I have very high standards and always have something to say about most places we stay, however after my visit to Kateshill I could not fault it in any way. The building is aboslutely gorgeous and the rooms are individually and tastefully decorated. Breakfast was good and the owners were friendly and helpful. We... More

This is our second visit to Kateshill. It is wonderfully comfortable, spacious and so very welcoming without being over the top. All the rooms are fabulously decorated, light and airy with very comfortable beds. There are lots of little touches that make it a very special place to stay for a few days. Delicious breakfasts and the gardens are interesting... More

We stayed here for 2 nights for our wedding on 5th April, along with a number of our wedding party.
