Was visiting family near bye, the hotel was in an excellent location, with a beautiful room. The bed was heaven. Big thank you to Alan and Helen for making us feel very welcome. Would definitely stay again x

We decided on a last minute break to visit art Liverpool Art galleries - but wanted to stay out of town. Really appreciated closeness to sea and good selection of eating places. Alan made us very welcome and gave good advice re: places to eat and visit. Breakfast very good - enjoyed chat. An ideal relaxing place to stay. Thank... More

Stayed here for one night arrived late so didn't explore the area too much but the B and B was lovely. Generous tea and coffee facilities with more out on the landing if needed. Very comfortable bed, good choice of TV programmes. Felt very very safe and secure as a single female in an area I was unfamiliar with. Owners... More

My mum lives in New Brighton and her apartment block does not allow dogs! So when we come to visit her we stay with Alan. We have a small dog called Pugwash and both he and ourselves could not be made more welcome - Pugwash evens gets his own sausage at breakfast! New Brighton has been reborn and Dunsandles is... More

I decided that I wanted a nice little break from everything, so I thought I would go for a weekend to New Brighton where I grew up. I then started to think about where I would stay and the Travel lodge did not appeal to me but then eventually found Dunsandles. I read through the reviews and was imenclely impressed... More

Alan and his partner couldn't have made our stay any better, lovely bright rooms and quality English breakfast. Great value you for money and well worth a short cab ride into the city for the night life. Harry.

Stayed for 1 night while visiting family for a surprise Birthday celebration, check in was quick, room was clean, plenty of tea and coffee in room, locaton of guest house in very handy for the sea front of New Brighton, or jumping the train over to Liverpool. Husband was impresssed with the tasty breakfast.

Will visit again. Stayed in attic room. Plenty of room. Small kitchen area. Stayed with daughter's for night out. Need to visit again to explore the area properly. Helpful owner and fresh cooked breakfast.
