Hazel is a friendly and energetic woman who runs this excellent B & B. We immediately felt at ease in the clean house in this tranquil setting, our car out front and Marlborough around the corner. After our stay of one night we enjoyed a good English breakfast enjoying the view into the garden. Hazel also trains her young Springer... More

We managed to get walnut lodge for a weekend break and we were pleasantly surprised. Was very clean and fresh. Lots more space than we thought they'd be. Lovely quiet position even though it was close to a main road. No problem taking our dog and lots of walks all close by.Thankyou Hazel and Mark for letting us stay at... More

This farm-based bed and breakfast is one of the most relaxing and friendly I have ever stayed at. Its big assets are its country setting - superb views over the back, its very friendly and welcoming team - thank you Hazel!, the size of the rooms - so much room and light, it was a real pleasure, and the breakfast... Brown's Farm was great value for money and perfect for an overnight stay close to Stonehenge and Avebury. It was easy to find and the hosts were so welcoming and friendly. The room was clean and airy and the bed was very comfortable! Even though it is close to the road the farm is peaceful and looks out over the... More

We have stayed here several times as part of a larger group attending an event in the area. The level of flexibility and understanding as to the challenges of organising large groups are fantastic with the owners always being extremely accommodating. The rooms are clean and comfortable and we always enjoy the breakfast. Always our first choice when in the... More

Could live there. Not much of an outlook but everything you could want present and working. Helpful owners. All good. Oh for heaven's sake tripadvisor need more words (even though they're not offering to pay for them of course). Now up to 200+ perhaps I can get on with my life.

We stayed in Cherry Lodge for 3 nights over the August Bank Holiday. The lodge itself was superb, it was big, comfortable and well equipped. Although it is at the front of the farm it has ground around the cabin which out dog loved, and we were welcome to walk through the farm and exercise her on their land. The... More

Hazel and Mark have a phenominal place!! They were most gracious on arrival and it only got better as our one night stop went on. Got to tour their land with Mark, see lots of wildlife, sit with them later in the sitting room. The room for our family was very nice, wifi worked fine, breakfast was excellent! Playing with...
