Poulton Grange is genuinely a luxury B&B. Indeed, it would easily give a 5* hotel a run for its money although with a hotel you wouldn't get the wonderful personal and friendly service from Deborah. Nothing is too much trouble for Deborah and you're made to feel special and at home as soon as you arrive. The large secluded house... More

Poulton Grange is just stunning. Approaching the house is like being in something out of a modern take on Jane Austin. The room was immaculate with even a complementary beer waiting for me. Everything and more than one could expect from a top class hotel. James and Deborah are warm and friendly and made me feel right at home. Except... More

We have stayed several times (most recently in October 2014) and are always heart-broken when our stay ends. Not only are the accommodations superb, the setting idyllic, the food scrumptious, and the peacefulness divine; but Deborah, James and their daughters are a pure joy to be around. You cannot honestly characterize anyone who comes to Poulton Grange as "visitors" or... More

Having had a long journey we were very pleased to come to the end of the drive and arrive at the tranquil Poulton Lodge. We have stayed in many self catering accommodation in Great Britain & Europe and we rated this as one of the best. Starting with the warm welcome from Deborah & James to the wealth of knowledge... We've stayed with Deborah and James many times and have always had a wonderful time. Immaculate and luxury rooms with a first class breakfast, we felt like part of the family. Perfect area for walks and relaxing in Marlborough which is very close by. Can't wait to go back. Martin & June

My fiancé and I stayed here for two nights on our way home after a New Year with some friends. It was just the most perfect end to the Christmas break. Debbie is the most gracious host you could find and a fantastic cook. The room was pure luxury with an enormous bed and lovely en suite, with breathtaking views... More

Lovely reception by James and Deborah. They welcomed us with a cup of tea and a slice of home made cake. The location is outstanding, in the middle of the countryside. Lots of birds and animals. The bedroom is very large and airy. The bathroom was spotless and we slept very well in the kingsize bed. Breakfast was superb, more... More

My wife and I were in Wiltshire in August 2014 and it was beautiful. The environment is marvellous and the place Poulton is outstanding. Deborah and James are very nice people and if there is a "problem" there is also a solution. The breakfast is excellent and the rooms are very beautiful with everything you need. It's is the best... As a mother of 2 small children, the little touches in our room made our stay all the more wonderful. Even though the kids were with us, it still felt like a lovely break. Roaring log fire in the living room, large spacious bedroom with ensuite. I didn't want to leave. Not quite sure where the last 3 reviewers were... More

We have been there in August 2014 and Deborah, James, Joanna and Rosie are the nicest people you can realize. If you need something Deborah always has a solution. We enjoyed the time very much and we will recommended this place to everybody who wants to come to Wiltshire.
