We were nine cyclists staying at Rosemundy Cottage in Devizes for two nights. Guests of Tony and Zita. When we arrived we were given a tour of the house, then offered tea and scrumptious scones. Zita shared the recipe too. On our second day after touring Avebury, we asked our hosts if we could bring pizza in and eat in... More

Upon arrival, we learned that Tony and Zita were retiring and Rosemundy Cottage had been sold and we were among the last to stay there. We were a mob of Americans, and they couldn't have been more wonderful. Yes the rooms were beautiful and the food fantastic, but it was the extension of their hearts that made it so very... More

Thank you for your lovely review, and we enjoyed your company, culmination of 10 and half years running Rosemundy Cottage, with all great guests from 52 countries, over 20,000 bed nights. No regrets in doing B&B, but yes time for us to travel and catch up on some hobbies. Many thanks and best wishes to all of our guests, several... More

We arrived made to feel very welcome tea and home made cake waiting, our 9yr old was made to feel welcome and every effort was made for. Happy stay, they have a swimming pool which my daughter loved. Good breakfast happy chatty couple not too intrusive, even have a lounge for guests would happily stay again thank you.

Really lovely B&B; very friendly service, comfortable room and good quality food (all locally sourced). Home made bread and freshly laid eggs both highlights. Right next to a canal, and a 10 minute walk from the town centre. Highly recommended.

What a great B&B. My son stayed here overnight whilst cycling the Kennet and Avon Canal Route and they made him feel very welcome. Not only was there breakfast excellent and the bed very welcome but they went the extra mile rescuing him when he got a puncture close by and helping him sort out the repair. Thank you to... More

Lovely little B&B. The pot of tea and butterfly cakes on arrival warranted a 5 star review on their own. Loved the hand knitted tea cosies. Everything on the breakfast table had a place and a use. Nothing was just for show. Everything had been well thought out. Great service and very friendly. Enjoyed my little potter round the garden... More

Rosemundy Cottage B&B is known for their wonderful breakfasts and with good reason. The food is locally sourced and the breads, jams, etc. are homemade. The rooms are super clean and have large bathrooms, a plus in England! The hosts are very helpful and are experts in the attractions in the area as well as the restaurants. The location is... More

You can always tell a great B & B by how the attention to detail the owner gives and for Rosemundy Cottage that's exactly what you get. Everything Home Made; bread, jams, marmalade, cakes. Plus they source local produce for the full English breakfast and care greatly for the environment, creating a low carbon foot print. You can tell the... More
