Staff were friendly & welcoming. Room & bathroom clean & tidy. Beds comfy. Only 9 channels available on T.V. & you only got half an hour free Wi-Fi. The shower wasn't electric & the water went from hot to cold & back again so I gave up only to find the basin tap only gave out cold water! I did... More

The help we received during our stay couldn't have been any better, we had an emergency whilst staying there and the receptionist gave us 5* help and the room was really spacious for a family room, very clean also was very impressed. Would recommend to others. Thankyou very much.

Having travelled far to get here, literally the second I got through the door knowing my booking was wrong as my own company had messed up...the girls Georgie and Emily had me laughing and smiling. And it did not end there. They both made our room ready for 2 adults and 2 babies! Happy upbeat and readily available to meet... More

The hotel is in a service station and there islenty of litter strewn around the car park from the nearby fast food outlet. When we arrived there was a group of rough looking men standing across the Travelodge doorway smoking which is quite intimidating when you have to walk through them with a young family. The reception area was dirty... More

Stayed here for one night enroute to Cornwall. It is one of the original hotels it seems when the brand first started out. But it isn't tired after the refurb. Staff were very friendly, too. They printed a local sheet of information which was a nice touch - you don't usually get this at Travelodge. Walk into the town centre... More

I have used many travelodges for business purposes. This is one of the best . The manager Georgie is so helpful. The rooms are always spotless .Excellent parking . A short walk into Amesbury where there is a wetherspoons. Alteratively the hotel have details of other local eating places available these are on an information sheet at check in

I stopped over for 2 nights at this travel lodge and it is perfect location if you are visiting Stonehenge. Stone henge is just a couple of miles away and the local village Amesbury is in walking distance around 10mins away with all the amenity's you will need and a friendly atmosphere in all the pubs along with a perfect... The reception staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. Then it went downhill, after our 5 hour journey there wasn't a toilet we could use. The only one was in the Little Chef which was crammed with lunchtime customers. The queue of 4 didn't help matters!! We couldn't understand why we weren't offered early check-in at 13h45. We were given a... More
