We traveled from Cheshire to visit family in Ilkley. it was our anniversary so we booked a larger room. Whilst the reception area was clean and staff friendly the room was disappointing. The hotel and staff are warm and inviting. The rooms are charming and clean I also dinned in the restaurant on one of the nights of my stay and the food was of a very high standard. I would recommend it to anyone. more
