I visited Casa on Sunday with my family both food and service were flawless. We all had the Sunday roast which was amazing, the best roast I've had in a long time. Our waitress Emily was amazing, very friendly and always smiling. Already planning my next visit.

A group of us attended a birthday meal. We had the set menu which was pre-ordered. The food was tasty, and the service was good. Although shame about the waiter who had been for a smoke, as when he leaned over to serve, the smell was quite unpleasant.

We went to casa last night for a meal and it was disappointing. It's a nice setting and I think it'll be lovely when they have finished all the work but they need to up the game with their food and definitely their service. The only part of good service we had was the young lad on the bar who... More

I attended the Casa yesterday for my sisters wedding party. I firstly went up in the afternoon to drop the cake off, there's was a big puddle on the floor where I nearly slipped and a big dustbin next to it. There were several leaks from the roof. I hoped they would sort it out before the evening. But it... More

We were part of a Club that booked a Ladies Night in the function room - what a disaster as the roof was leaking , meaning that plastic dustbins were placed on the floor to collect the drips. At one stage one of the ceiling lights came loose and a live wire was left dangling , where customers were exposed... More

I had a room for the night. The staff left in the evening and never came back in the morning. I literally awoke to an abandoned hotel. In had to wait for a member of staff to turn up before I could even check out. Bizarre, irresponsible, and downright terrible service.

I can only say that the "Casa" has more problems than any establishment known to man or beast. The food is so so but so is Mcdonald's The rooms are so so but so are rooms in downtown Beirut. Around Brighouse there are some really good hotels that have planning permission to trade. I really would look elsewhere.

We ate in the restaurant and had a very nice meal. It was spoiled slightly because my steak was well overcooked but in fairness they replaced it without quibble and very quickly. The rooms however are a slightly different story. They are just adequate and are actually quite small. The location is very pleasant and the place is spotlessly clean.... More

I ate here last week with my sister and my daughter. We did arrive early just before the restaurant opened but were made to feel welcome and we were happy to sit in the bar and wait. We sat at a table by the window which was opened wide as it was a hot day. The waiter did offer to... More

This place shouldn't get the praise it gets. A wedding venue, tacky with very poor, totally unhealthy food with rooms that seem to be designed for a one night stand. Maybe I'm the wrong profile here but clearly wasn't welcome. It seems I was booked into someone else's 'normal room' and heard the comment made to reception 'chuck him f............ More
